You're dead right. 80 million isn't too far away quantity that was in TOTAL circulation when this Company launched on AIM. On the positive - they'll only ever exercise the options IF it's in their financial interests to do so. And that'd mean a win-win for us. They've granted themselves endless options over the decade - very few have ever been taken up. For obvious reasons. Vaguely recall some even being granted at circa 50p. Those were the days!!!! Even back in 2003-04 they were granting options to all the Board members BUT at 15.75p. Changed days.

As I read the prospectus Miguens/Cantomi had already agreed to taking up the entire Subscription. The only question mark was against the Open Offer. It seems in round terms Miguens etc took up 80% of that with 20% being taken up by 'Ord Shareholders'. If I read it correct that is. Guess what we need now is some evidence of revenues from Cap O and the MMs to get shot of what I assume is a hefty overhang of stock after months of selling.

It is what it is. No more, no less. I'll only be happy with this stock when they start delivering what they promise. And I can sell my holding at 5p.

There's only going to be one guaranteed sure fire winner in this. Miguens & his family & friends. Be really interesting to see how many of the 400m open offer shares get taken up outside of the CP's allocation. Will it be enough for the funds needed?? With soon to be over 2 billion shares in circulation can see a major share consolidation becoming more of a possibility. Get rid of some small time PIs in one hit and all of a sudden your 64% ownership of the Company becomes 75% without any extra investment (do the maths). Sounds like a plan. Unfortunately.

You seem perversely interested as to how I will call it in the future. Whatever floats your boat, pal. I've been posting on various BB threads since the first day PGD listed on AIM. My record in predicting the future is probably no better than that of the Company in endless RNSs. But certainly far better than the House Broker(s) performance over the many years. That's been dire. A 3p target price in 2018 is hardly a wild bullish prediction given the last significant Placement 3 years back was at 4.5p. Many months back I honestly thought there was a realistic chance of 5p by this Xmas. And at the time I explained the reasons why I thought that. What I hadn't counted on was the management not delivering on what they had stated in published RNS late 2016 & early 2017.

No, the only certainty on this thread is me posting honest comments and highlighting potential downside AND potential upside to this stock. Not sugar coating it ONLY with unlikely bullish nonsense.

And is not someone who wears rose tinted specs. As I stated in my previous post: 'I wonder how long it will be before we are told � that due to a lack of interest from the shareholder base to support the company with the funding that it needs that the Concert Party have decided that it has no option other than to take the company over.' IMO trying to raise money in these markets at that price is doing no more than forcing the issue with the company having few options other than to de-list or be taken over by the Concert Party - most likely both. Does anyone really believe that there will be huge Institutional/existing/new shareholder support to stump up the funds required and pay a 23% premium over the current share price to get involved at this price because this company has such good prospects - exceptional management and a rosy future? Then again there were those who felt that the last share placement at 4.5 pence 35 months ago was good value so maybe I�m wrong. Maybe a �rabbit will be pulled from the hat� - such as a farm out to another company in which members of the Concert Party has a direct involvement? Possible but complicated with the outcome being the same should this occur. Sadly the truth points to the fact that we are fast running out of viable options. Good luck all.... "

You can try ridicule me all you like pal - water off a duck's back to me. I have only been critical (I'd rather say honest & realistic) of this Company over a great many years because the management have consistently promised one thing in endless published RNSs and fundraising documents and then gone on to deliver something entirely different. Me being boring in repeating this fact is simply because clowns like you come onto various BBs all of a sudden to ramp the ars* out of this stock based on the management ARE going to deliver. They may do. But their track record is pathetic. Check back - the facts speak for themselves. I'm just offering balance & realism. As a shareholder - all I've been guilty of is from time to time believing that they would eventually deliver. I've bought & sold PGD stock at various times over past 15 years. I sold some at 43p. My only regret is I didn't then sell my entire original holding. I did that at just over 8p. Some at a loss as I bought 100k at 17.5p way back in 2005 I think. And then bought back in more recently probably as much based on the sp appearing to look as if it can't go any lower in value. Patronising = banter & humour. Probably goes over your head, eh? It's only anon posters on here.

Maybe now you'll appreciate why I've been so critical + negative on this stock for so long? Although I'd only ever see it as me trying to be honest + realistic. It's dead easy to be positive & ramp away and be popular because that's mainly what folks want to hear. As I've posted to the point of boredom - for one reason or another they never deliver fully on their strategies. Never. Not in past 15 years anyway. Had Miguens & his family & friends not have deep pockets this Company would have folded long time back. There's never been a 'real' profit. That was just a bit of short-term accounting that incorporated the proceeds from an asset disposal. I assume they now desperately need this fundraising otherwise they won't have the funds to complete the Calcatreu deal. But it's been very naughty of them and imho a tad dishonest not to have indicated this earlier. I also assume they seriously underestimated the revenue stream from Cap O. And timing of it. I topped a couple of months back in the belief there'd be no more fundraising as the revenues from Cap O + Lomada and the asset disposal should have been enough to see them exercise the Option at Calcatreu. But it seems the cash burn since continues at a frightening rate. This is a good entry point and I'd think anything under 3p would see a small profit at some stage during 2018.......... but those long term holders who bought in 20p+ might have a bit of wait to get their investment back. 15 years of hurt........ and counting!!!!

The timing of this massive fundraiser & share dilution does concern me. It being one week before they exercise the extended Option at Calcatreu. That deal was signed back in April. Albeit DD was needed to be carried out. Has it been a case that Cap O hasn't and/or isn't producing anything like the revenue they expected (even after all the problems)? Or is this fundraiser a more devious strategy that simply allows Miguens to substantially increase his ownership in the Company at a relatively modest price? A share buy-back being a non-starter for various reasons. ps Uruguay has gone VERY quiet!!!

Selling continues unabated. Individual trade quantities involved tend to suggest it's PIs selling. Hardly any buying even at 0.9p Ask. Does that bode well with the Company trying to sell 400 million shares at 1p over next 7 days by way of an Open Offer to existing shareholders? Be VERY interesting to see what the action is after GM on 7 Dec and leading up to Xmas.

Just be aware that they can say whatever they want on their website when not listed. Not the case with a RNS when listed. Big difference between the two.
