10-12p is just about right for now. 15-17p once expanded production starts and delivers a profit. 20-30p if and when gold mine project gets go ahead.

Let me try and illustrate my point (again) to see if you & Cookie can finally understand the basic concept of what I have been boringly repeating on here for yonks. If PGD were say producing regularly 10k ozs pm that created revenues of say $3m pm THEN any increase of PoG would highly likely see the MMs increase the share price automatically regardless if there were ANY trades or not. Same would apply if PoG fell, MMs would highly likely lower the share price of PGD. BUT the historic reality is that PGD has never been a producer of any regular significant quantity of gold. SO as a consequence all the MMs have to rely on is stock purchases and stock sells to effect the Bid and Buy. They have to try to balance their books on a daily basis. Yes, an increase in PoG helps improve fundamentals and helps improve asset values BUT it does bugger all directly for the share price. Indirectly arguably, yes. But not directly.

They must be producing. If not - they want shooting. They've been a producer of gold for several years now. The fundamentals haven't changed significantly in past 8 years. It's not what they have underground that's important. It's what they can turn into revenue(s). Asset values and fundamentals are one thing. I have never said they have "no relevance". But revenues are 10 times more important & quite something else, especially when it comes to AIM stock and share prices.

70p to 1.25p "looking very cheap"??????? FFS - talk about stating the bleedin' obvious. But until we know what quantities they are producing and at what net margin(s) PoG continues to be a bit of a red herring (unless you want to look at asset values which have little impact on AIM stock share prices). Hardly been a single buy trade this week to date. Need some news to stimulate trades me thinks.

Existing ALO holders will NOT be issued with new stock/certificates in CRA.L. The old ones are still valid. And can be traded from 8am tomorrow when the markets open. The new certificates relate only to being issued to new stock being created as part of the corporate restructuring deal with ALO becoming Craddle Arc. Would have been different if ALO went into liquidation or similar. But that didn't happen. Mind you, with this shower anything is possible.

What are the current net earnings? If they're so exciting - why the need for so much fundraising & dilution & consolidation?

alternatively...... if there is dumping of stock early doors by disgruntled s/holders....... then loyal s/holders will be able to buy as much stock as they want at way under 10p......... and not the restricted amount in any possible future OO

I wasn't that influenced by the original LSE link (as goal posts easily move). But I am with the LSE 'update' posted today. Something has prompted the update with an implementation date only 2/3 trading days away. Seems bizarre if it isn't factual and not going to happen. �2.4m odd isn't a great sum of money to be raised. Various avenues it could come from. If listing is to be next week (and personally I think it will be) I'm surprised at the lack of investor PR and promotion. If the sp tanks on listing they only have themselves to blame for months & months of secret squirrel activity and promises & deadlines being made and not kept.

The only logical explanation is that they have secured funding and that'll be formalised early next week before relisting. And there'll be no Open Offer as promised. Not for now anyway. Not great investor PR and communication you have to say. For old or new investors. Cradle Arc Website still not up & running.

The LSE also state that Cradle Arc intend to rise �2.4m in the process of relisting (for working capital??). They either need that working capital or they don't. If they do, they can surely not relist until those funds are secure? If they don't, then why are they having it?? As GS points out, it takes time to publish an Open Offer, then circulate it (manually & electronically) then collate it. At least 2 weeks is needed. Something doesn't add up here.

MMs creating a huge published spread again. Guess they must be happy to sell the stock they hold at a reasonable margin from days when bid was at less than 1p. But don't want any additional stock at the mo.

Well, he granted himself Options at 12.25p almost 9 years ago that need to be exercised within the next 12 months. Let's hope he finds himself in a position to want to do just that. There's no doubt this Company would have gone under yonks ago if it hadn't have been for Miguens' personal investment. Mind you, don't think he's had much involvement in the actual day-2-day running of the Company over past 16 years.

I do hope so, Stewy. Certainly looking a tad more promising today. Bought some at 1.2p - so in profit. But so long ago since I bought the others I can't remember actual price. 1.81p rings a bell. PoG down today yet PGD up. I rest my long voiced case!! Not sure why the buying all of a sudden. Maybe news out soon? This Company always was a bit leaky.
