Why not say that there was 3 times the buys just yesterday in one single day than your poxy £700 yet that had no impact on the stock price.......... so the MMs must have loads of stock available they want to offload???????

It could just have been sheer coincidence or more likely due to other factors.

Reported trades are not necessarily a 'fact'. Rarely are they 100% accurate and/or complete and/or timely.

The only verifiable "fact" you state in your post is CRA are producing.

What about some facts like volume? margins? spot price trends? debts? liabilities? overheads? cash burn? etc etc.

Back below 1p (in old money) to sell. That's about a 50% drop in value to sell just since 100:1 consolidation.
Seems to be nothing but regular daily PI type sells of no real volume or value. No buyers of the stock to speak of for yonks. Crazy situation given Market Cap and the revenues and the potential. House Broker needs a good kicking.

This time last month they said they were carrying out a re-evaluation, with production guidance being reviewed for 2018. They stated they would inform the Market when complete. Well how long does that take? We are now into H2 of 2018.
Can only assume that exercise and/or the new crushing circuit hasn't been that successful otherwise there'd have been a positive or bullish RNS.

Some posters on here seem to have difficulty differentiating between electronic held shares & certificated shares. D'Oh.

When a Company does what ALO/CRA did then new certificates in the new Company name are usually issued automatically to everyone. It's the professional (if expensive) way to handle the matter. Although not compulsory and obviously Cradle decided against. However, the 'old' shares are still very much valid and acceptable to any Broker if you wish to trade them.

If you particularly wanted your old ALO shares transferred into the name of Cradle I'm sure the Company Registrar would oblige you (at a cost).

They stated WAY back in mid-2012 that they had carried out a study to establish cost estimates on the Junior Lake nickel project(s). That being $12,000 per tonne to include operation, refining, transportation & smelting. I assume that figure has increased a tad over the past 6-7 years. Today's spot nickel price is circa $15,250 per tonne. Nice potential margin BUT it is worth the stated plant cost/investment of approx $50 million on top of the $zillions spent over past 15 years on exploration expenditure??? They further stated they would commence a pre-feasibility study in Q4 2012 once a resource update was completed. Not sure if that actually happened. I don't think it did. Happy to be proven wrong. If it did was it ever published? STILL ......... on the bright side....... H&P have paid themselves quite handsomely for their troubles over the many years. Just like they have overseen the share price drift (or should that be 'manipulated'??) from 20p to 1p odd.

There'll never be another Brancote. H&P's involvement there & here probably a reason why there's been no offers for a JV and/or outright purchase in past 13 years. Even though they have advertised in ARs as far back as 2007 that they were open to offers. Brancote assets sold have remained worthless since sold. A mixture of questionable DD by the purchaser and the timing being when AIM was in its infancy and the dot.com bubble and stocks were grossly hyped and overvalued. H&P have been well paid for their efforts here over past 13+ years. They have dug so many holes they have found every mineral known to man. If you bought in when the share price was 20p many moons ago - you're unlikely to ever see a profit. With damn near 2 billion shares in circulation (incl all the outstanding options etc) even 1m ozs wouldn't redeem it. Having said that - at today's price this looks a reasonable punt. Even if H is worryingly close to 80 years of age and P is an OAP and a part-time accountant associated with being a director of endless failed companies. Not to overlook the fact they were both involved in the absolute shambles at PGD who are actually in gold production today but have a share price that is today performing worse than LND. Such were the corporate & strategic cock-ups made when they were effectively the management team a few years back.

I see you have now posted more times in the last 5 months with your new nick than I've posted on this BB in 5+ years. Clearly you need to get out more. I actually said it was "self-evident". Not evident. There is a difference. One (self-evident) you require to have a brain in order to make it easy to work it out. PGD used to be a very popular stock for Share Clubs (back in the days when Share Clubs were very popular themselves). And PGD used to be an active share for comments on BBs with 10-20 'intelligent' daily comments on various BBs commonplace. Some even stating they were in Share Clubs at the time. By their very nature, Share Clubs used to consist of nominal amounts of individual investment into a portfolio consisting of 10-12 different stocks, and seen by many as much as a social event to meet and discuss shares with like-minded others over a drink. As a generalisation, Share Clubs don't 'average down' on individual stocks held. And PGD shares bought back then could have cost as much as 50 times today's purchase price. Also since those days PGD's value to them has lost in the region of 95% and now they have the added embarrassment of having a 100:1 consolidation to leave them with single digit amounts of PGD stock in their portfolio. I suspect it seems pretty pointless & embarrassing to your typical PI to be sat holding 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 shares in a Company. Especially having held for a decade or more - and get frustrated at the BoD make promise after promise to achieve this or that, and for it to consistently never materialise. Not to overlook the endless share dilutions over past 15 years. Massive share consolidation leaving a single figure holding probably amounts to being the straw that broke the camel's back. For some.

Stewy - I agree 100% it's VERY frustrating. The reality is the BoD don't give a flying t*ss about where the sp sits at the mo. It's WAY down the list of their priorities. Unfortunately for us. In fact it's the usual perverse fact with these type of AIM companies that the directors are happy for the sp to be on the floor just in case they have to contribute themselves to any future fundraising. We've had at least 12 years of that here. There MIGHT be the need for fundraising if/when they take Calcatreu to production. But hopefully the revenues from Cap O should make that not necessary. If you look at the justification on the BoD presentation made at the AGM ref the share consolidation it more or less says so. Whatever the reason - PGD simply doesn't seem to be attracting buyers of the stock at the mo. The House Broker is either on holiday or still asleep. Cookie - there is of course no mystery why all the small volume trades since the consolidation. That's surely self-evident?

RNS out?????? No, really????? Jeeees I'd have never have known that!!!!! This'll do absolutely nowt for the sp. Calcatreu is now an expensive liability until they can prove otherwise. Hopefully immediately after some drilling in September. As always - until this attracts some sustained buyers of the stock - this is not going anywhere far.

We seem to have become a one man & his dog outfit. There's only a permanent CEO is place. No COO and only an interim CFO. Apart from the CEO, the BoD are all part-timers who I assume only turn up for Board meetings every now and then - that's all they do. Mind you, that's a better scenario than BH the previous MD & CEO spending most of his life travelling on a plane between Italy, UK, Canada & Argentina.

There seems to me to have been a constant trickle of nervous PI type sells over past 10 days. Probably being misled by inaccurate posts on BBs by silly thickos who state that the share consolidation will mean they lose considerable value of their shares once consolidation takes place on 10 May.

is a combo clone out of complete disrespect for 2 clueless ramping posters called madskt and pan(ayiotis) taken from another BB. They thought Humps & Prickett walked on water and could do no wrong. The constant bullish drivel for years & years were often clearly misleading other investors. I hate to see that - with a passion. I far prefer a balanced take on things and hopefully an intelligent one too. As we can't always be right. I'm sure Cookie MUST know where I am coming from.
