Ziggy - After the election by all means send the letter to FRR's lawyer's in the California case. As a summons in the Texas or NY case could be detrimental, I would avoid any direct contact. If the letter was from the shareholders group it would carry more weight, and Linsenmayer could advise if it was detrimental to the chances of FRR's success.

bedex - What if Zaza is not able to respond, as it might provide a means to serving a summons from the court cases? After waiting almost two years, I just don't see the wait of only 42 days as a problem, especially as the election could be extremely important to FRR's success.

bedex - Spudsoil was criticising people and suggesting that those people were critical without doing research themselves. The Frontera Archive proves that those people have done research repeatedly, yet Spudsoil who is critical of their criticism hasn't.

I have argued with ODR on many occasions on here and we rarely agree on anything, but even ODR agrees with me about holding back until after the election and posted the following @ 10:53 :-

It seems to me that almost everyone supports Looed's message, and the first draft is an excellent start, but that a slight majority appear to support delaying until after the election.

You didn't join the fray in the last 13 months or suddenly start posting many posts each day this year. You did not suggest a letter that could be detrimental to the success of this company. Those are big differences.

You're criticising people on a thread who have all contributed research, yet I don't recollect seeing you're name in the Frontera Archive often if ever. It's not up to date, yet there's still 122 pages and almost 2.5k posts.

The election and the lack of articles from Zaza and the GD for weeks is significant and suggests negotiations are taking place. As it is only 42 days until the election it seems logical to wait until after it has taken place. After waiting almost two years, why is it so important to act now, especially when it could prove detrimental with the forthcoming election and with negotiations probably taking place?

FRR and other companies don't need BB posters, they have media contacts in TV, radio and the press; PR companies like YJ and Flagstaff; they can use lobbying companies for access to congress and the senate; and there are share promoters like Malcolm Graham-Wood and Proactive Investor. It's the MM's, brokers and shorter's who are more likely to infiltrate the BB's.

StarRage - You posted 'You joined this bulletin board after the delist. March 2019. How come you are now vocal for Frontera when you never posted whilst we were listed?' about EkXoc. Yet as you agree on many things with Looed, you don't question the fact that Looed joined months after Ekxoc on 6th August 2019 and posted less than 60 posts on FRR prior to this year, but has now posted almost 1660 posts on FRR this year in 9 months. It doesn't seem logical to spend so much time on a share , especially after not posting even once prior to del-isting or even in the first six months after de-listing. Yet you query EkXoc who has only posted 403 posts on FRR in 18 months. Is that because EkXoc is totally positive and is against contacting Zaza and journalists, as it could be detrimental to FRR?

IMHO it is utterly ludicrous to do this now. There's only 42 days until the election and I would be happy for Looed to send the letter the day after the election, but not before. If Zaza responds, then it shows a clear path to submit a summons and if he doesn't then the shareholder story will benefit the GD. It is possible that the court cases in NY and Texas are both held up due to ZM and SN both being unobtainable. Once the election has taken place, there is a very realistic chance of the PSA being extended past 2027 with the GD removed, paving the way for a deal. Therefore, even if ZM and SN are then exposed by our contact, with a possible deal in the offing, any pressure from the US courts could be dealt with IMHO. IMHO ZM and SN did not go incommunicado for nothing (see posts from last November below).

3) LB no longer works for FRR.
4)LB is no longer Chair of AmCham's Energy, Mining and Utilities Committee.
5) FRR no longer have legal representation in the arbitration.
6) FRR no longer have legal representation in the Californian case.
7) Tim Thompson no longer acts as PR for FRR through either YJ or Flagstaff and has deleted Zaza's phone number.
8) FRR's website is suspended.
9) FRR has changed their registered address in Texas.

IMHO we should wait until after this election before providing the GD with a negative story about FRR. The leverage mentioned by Mole will still be in play for the US election. We've waited almost two years , so surely we can wait another 43 days.

Mole - The brokers, MM's and the shorting cabal all new that YA would be selling their shares. If they were all selling and hoping to buy the YA shares when sold, then when YA didn't get shares, they were short. This is why there was a notice of required settlement by one of the share lenders. It also explains why the shorting cabal are still posting on other BB's and why SH's are still without share certificates. IMHO the II still has the same holding and those still short are going to pay a heavy price when a deal is done.

Mole - I was one of those speculating about the cancelled trades and I had suggested that it was a transfer of shares from YA to the II. Unfortunately, I had to agree with StarRage that the II share percentage hadn't changed and I don't agree with him very often!

Mole - There was speculation about the II being the seller around Q3 2018, but StarRage posted a reuter's link showing that the holding hadn't changed. Scroll down to November 7th to see the post in the link below. Unfortunately the page in the reuter's link is no longer available, probably due the de-listing.

Mole - There was one corporate investor in the primary bid, who are undisclosed as there holding is below the threshold (the percentage of shares held by II's was listed in the Morning Star and from memory didn't change prior to de-listing) . IMHO kickmuck possibly works for this investor and looking at his posting history and different funds, my guess (made about a year ago), was the Miton Group. Hence my cryptic post at the time asking if the weather was cold enough to put his mitts on. There was no reply or further post on FRR, although there have been subsequent posts on RBW.

ODR - Follow the thread. I have never suggested a 10p special dividend. I have always suggested more. My post is answering how RR gets £4m with 70m shares, as some were suggesting his maths were wrong or that he had forgotten his share total.

If we get a 10p special dividend RR will get £7,000,000 with his 70m shares before tax. As the Additional rate is 38.1%, then there will be £2.73m, leaving £4.27m (the dividend tax allowance is only £2000). Hence, RR stating he will get £4m.

ODR - I never read it as I don't think it is genuine and if it was, it was illegal to release it. Whether the transfer is illegal or not is irrelevant, what matters is that it was removed from harms way. See my post below from the 6th November last year :-

IMHO whether the transfer of Block 12 was prohibited under the mortgage agreement matters not one jot. Why? SH/O is not allowed to profit under the liquidation, only to obtain what is owed. Then as long as FRR pay the monies owed to SH/O via the liquidation in the NY courts, SH/O will have received a CRS. We know that under US laws a CRS results in a wrong being righted and that the SEC then waives the right to a criminal prosecution (see the 9th post down by bugsy-b in the Frontera Archive link below).

Therefore, when the licence is extended either by the GD or a new government ,after the GD is removed in the forthcoming elections, FRR can settle all debts. The settling of the debts in the NY court case will be classed as a Civil Regulatory Settlement, which means that any illegality in the transfer of Block 12 will be righted, waiving any criminal prosecution.

IMHO the litigation was just a blocking exercise until either a deal was completed, or the GD were removed in the forthcoming elections, allowing a deal to be completed. The lack of representation in the final round of the arbitration, could then be to stall the serving of any court papers on ZM and SN. At that time they were both incommunicado, as detailed in the posts from last November copied below :-

IMHO there are too many points listed for it to just be coincidence.
