If I was sent a letter requesting information, with a list of who it was being sent to afterwards should no response be forthcoming by a certain date. Plus if the last person who was to receive the letter was a journalist, who could use the letter as proof of SH discontent, then I would view the letter as a way of blackmailing me into a response. With this in mind I will list what has happened below :-
1) Looed threatened to send a letter to a journalist, not once but twice, in August and September.
2) There were heated exchanges on here warning of the possible consequences of contact.
3) The majority wanted Looed to wait until after the elections.
4) Looed decided that he would send the letter anyway, but SH's could add information to the letter.
5) I was strongly against the letter, but stated that if sent, please could he send it to FRR's lawyers first.
6) Looed sent the letter then disappeared from the BB, where previously he was posting numerously almost daily.
7) When it was pointed out that Looed was missing, he stated that an injury made it difficult to type.
8) Looed has stated that contact was made, but it was brief and to the point (just as well if it was difficult to type).
9) Names and quotes have been omitted, ie it is 'off the record.'
10) The full and unedited comms were allowed to be shared with FSHG as long as they were not shared with anyone else.
11) Looed is assuming that the company rep. would not be a company rep. if the company no longer existed.
12) JJ.Carter posted about Zaza's removal from the board on 3rd September, which was later verified in court papers.
13) The very public spat between ZM and the GG, that lasted for six months has been quiet for over two months.
14) Zaza is still in the media, but there is no mention of FRR by him.
15) The GG are no longer commenting on FRR in the media.
16) The court cases have been slowed by FRR and SN (backlog of jury trials).
17) The FRR website renewal came up last year, it was decided not to be renewed by FRR (this would have been September 2019).
18) Zaza has previously stated that in November 2019 the GG wouldn't meet two CEO's of SM's.

Please could you ban the posters reporting the posts about the Georgian elections. Most posters believe that these elections are intrinsic to the success or failure of Frontera Resources. Therefore, those that are reporting the posts have an ulterior motive. Please tick recommend those that agree.

brgmg69 - I most certainly wasn't promoting 'A'. The post was highlighting the reasons for Gandhi's one possible flaw. The appalling treatment of mixed race people and Asians in the country mentioned is happening today. However, it is difficult to find on the web, due to the terminology they use for themselves, which uses the 'C' word, and hence it gets deleted.

erazzel - The latest polls don't show a healthy majority for the GD. Georgia Today may want that scenario, but with the PR system in these elections it is highly unlikely, especially with the opposition parties (bar one) all behind one candidate in each of the majority voting seats.

Aurora1 - Thanks, S.E. Wales. My order of preference is rum, Armagnac, Spanish brandy, Cognac and then good whisky or bourbon (especially the cask strength).

Earsbern - The opposition parties (bar one) have nominated one candidate to represent all the parties in a united opposition to the GD party, for the seats with majority voting. Therefore, I would expect the GD to get less seats than expected.

Mole - YA wouldn't sit tight if a deal ensures the California case is heard and they end up incriminating themselves, as explained in my earlier post.

Mole - T39 was a gusher, but due to the associated gas probably had to be capped after the EWT (no flaring of gas). Why have FRR employed 7 lawyers in the California case if they are just stalling in California (posted by Earsbern if my memory is correct)? Surely with the lack of money they wouldn't hire so many.

Ivy - FRR already had the tender in the Ukraine before suggesting the Ukraine government conduct the process in a formal manner. I suggested at the time that I thought we didn't want the offshore asset, but wanted it to look like we weren't dumping the asset. The move to renewables and the drop in the PoO has already resulted in SM's writing down inventories and offshore is often the first to go. Plus, with the Crimea situation makes Dolphin less attractive to any SM's.

The big picture
As the world moves towards a lower carbon model, then off-shore drilling with the extra risk (think about the BP spill in the Gulf of Mexico) will decline. Some projects will never come into production. The world will still need oil and gas, but the emphasis will be on gas for fuel in the transitional period. As for the oil which will still be required for non-energy uses, the emphasis will be for on-shore. With this in mind and BP waiting in the wings to sign on the dotted line, why would FRR want the Dolphin License? Furthermore, the Russian annexe of the Crimea would add to the risk of the venture becoming profitable. IMHO FRR initiated the tender process to get rid of the license, as BP were not interested in another off-shore venture. IMHO FRR is close to signing a deal with the super majors and the court cases are just as Kickmuck referred to as 'just noise'.

I'd recommend sticking your 18:57 post into the Frontera archive. We're going to look back in the not-too-distant future over these retained posts and I don't think you'll be far off the mark.....

Mole - Perhaps they wanted to hide the company from SH/O and the different address was essential.
Part of the mortgage agreement was having SH on the board and when he resigned, that may have made the agreement null and void. Hence, why the transfer took place after he had resigned.
After the way the ADC, Icona Capital and Georgian mining have been treated, freezing bank accounts and blocking oil sales is quite feasible and the Georgian courts have judges that have been hand picked by the GD.
