If you ever watch a BBC weather forecast it usually starts with, “there’s a low/high region over the Atlantic, causing these warm/cold fronts… which will bring rain/shine”… i.e. they support their prediction with reference to facts.

I hope most of us on this board give these baseless predictions the credit they deserve… i.e. none.

I think its more to do with the BoE decision on keeping interest rates where they are because inflation is heading north again.

The fact the UK is in a mess makes it an excellent time for building portfolios, if you're taking and medium- long term view.
