I seem to have read on Twitter that gold needs to close above $1890ish tonight to create an All-time quarterly closing record.
We all know records are there to be broken.

I suspect any weakness in Q1, should it materialize, will be quickly bought into as it will likely be the weakest q of 2022.
The company really have no excuse for not meeting the targets this year so as long as gold stays over $1800 I'm happy to sit this out.

Can't lose really. That said if they get us to 200k per year with an AISC below $1200 with gold over $2k we should be winners as well

Looks like HUM has a few mentions on twitter about potential breakout. Seems plausible with gold Nd news flow coming. Maybe we will see the 20's again soon

That can work both ways though but in an environment where gold is bullish I'd agree with being invested in shares with smaller no of shares in circulation. The potential impact would be much greater

Ignoring the cheap options news from HUM continues to be positive. Assuming production and the building of the new mine is going to plan we're on track. POG helping immensely. Keep tucking them away as Goldie's will be in favour soon enough

Markets will throw up opportunities all the time. Is HUM good value? I'd say so assuming gold remains over 1800 and the sort out the production issues. 12-18months time you will not get a 200k gold miner for the price of HUM currently. Just be patient

JavierP, I wouldn't be so quick to write off HUM. Do a little digging. Huge potential imho but not without risk.

50k per year will not get CGAT to mid-tier status. I believe it's undervalued, hence investing but my big plays are AAZ and HUM. All will do well with a rising gold price

Amazing how quickly things can change. You're right to look at the potential picture a year from now. IF HUM can deliver on all fronts and pog is over $1800 today's price will be looked at as a bargain. Just tuck them away.

How about letting the company just get on with things? If they have material news they will announce it, that is their obligation.
We know the production levels that have been RNS'd. We know the price of the commodity they are producing. You don't have to be Einstein to work out how well they are potentially doing.
Seems to be a lot of worried people concerned about the SP. Why? If you think it should be higher than it currently is surely you take advantage of the opportunity.
Value always comes out at the end of the day. That said markets are all over the place so good co's will go down with the bad. Personally if you are a trader the current swings in price are too good to miss.
