Jed, the way I see it ABC we're managing the account of UTIMCO and this came to an end on the 31st Dec. All ABC have done is release the shares to the beneficial owners. Unless we get someone come forward at the 11th hour I feel our days are numbered. 35p is still a decent profit for me but 45-50p would be the icing on the cake

We've been told several updates expected during Q1. It's the 4th of Jan and the first day back at work for most people. We should see the SP rise in anticipation of the news but I don't think we have the FOMO crowd here. If they play this right we should have a good year here

IFOXXX. What is there to be patented? They extract the gold from the rocks. Several ways to do it. Hopefully they use the most economical method. That's where AISC comes into play. The lower that is the better the margins. We're a way off being a "producer" but today was a step in the right direction

Gold5 why sell AAZ now? 2020 wasn't a great year for them in terms.of the war and production levels but hopefully both of those are behind us. If anything they could be entering 2021 with more opportunities with access to more of the CA's.
If gold remains strong this year I think we'll see new ATH's for AAZ during 2021

Good to see more activity on this board and whilst I don't agree with the GGP comparisons there is clearly an appetite for GWMO so that should reflect in a better year for the SP.
I predicted the SP seeing .30 in 2020 and that did come to fruition. Looking ahead at 2021 I see gold hitting new all time highs at some point, let's say $2500.
As for GWMO I can see .50 being hit but depending on the RNS news flow I'm not sure if it will maintain that SP. Still see this as a trading share until news dictates otherwise.

So in summary I think we double this year. GLA

Things will become alot clearer in the next week or so imho. Cleveland have started to convert CFd's into shares so I'd expect them along with ABC to vote no. I would have thought that they would have a plan B but let's see what unfolds. One thing I can assure you of AA will not be sold for 35p

Never let boredom get in the way of investments. You invested for a reason. If that reason is still valid today then stay invested. If it isn't then sell.

I wouldn't have thought ABC would make noise about another 5p to be honest. Maybe raising the TO price to 45-50p might tempt them. Would you want to lose AA for the sake of another £60-£100 million? If they get ABC on side they will get it through as everyone is now looking at ABC and will follow them. IMHO

Taverham, this was always likely when the PE didn't have the backing of the largest holder. You made a decision rightly or wrongly. I wouldn't lose any sleep as you are never going to get it right all the time. This is still a very dangerous situation but I expect ABC to get more out of the PE.

I wouldn't be so sure. ABC/Cleveland will have a big say on if this goes through as it can't succeed without their backing

He's not a director of AA. Do you honestly think a director could purchase shares if a company was involved in a TO?

Look at the daily RNS's it indicates that the CFD'S are long. ABC have no short position

Gents, if some of your comments were aimed at me please take a minute to read my previous posts. I'm long AA but I'm not so blinkered to believe that the outcome is going to be good for us. I mearly highlighted that the poster had been negative AA since 2017 when the SP was around £1.90p and has been proved correct. What will be will be but don't think this is an obvious outcome it's not

Freemantle looking at your previous AA posts over the last 3 years you have been on point. If you've been short over that time very well done. It would be sad for this to end with equity holders getting nothing but it's a possibility
