Is it just me, or does this new name sound like a stealth fighter?

Just to clarify something here, one for the LTH, I see they turned down a bid earlier this year for the entire share capital of team internet that would have left $19m after obligations and no business activities (I.e. a cash shell). Presumably if things have moved up/ down since april/may/june then this would still be roughly in the ballpark?? I.e. not the £100m odd that some people are spouting.

They have given an indication of the scale of the offers, that's it. As far as forward looking statements go I'd say it's likely the sale will actually now go ahead, it's likely its going to cover their debts. You are right they could have said it's going to be far in excess of their obligations, but then people would get crazy ideas. Time will tell here. I thought it was a very prudent way of stating it.

They already sold 10% for $18.5m... I don't think the other 90% will only just pay off it's debts. I'd say maybe $50-60m? Leaving a very substantial cash balance on the cards, and whoever buys it still gets a massive discount.

That is a fairly massive valuation, absolute bare minimum this will be debt free. But potentially tens of millions in cash.

My understanding is that unless they bought additional shares at the lows of a few weeks ago, any ii who sells at these prices are doing so at a loss. Which is not unheard of... Just silly.

Knowing that obviously the resolutions will be passed on Thursday, what are people's thoughts on the ii here? Have they been averaging down already? If not, are they waiting for official cash shell status?

Given the trading of the last 2 weeks, this is definitely oversold now imo. I've bought back in, having traded this very successfully before. Hoping to make it third time lucky!

If they had mentioned blockchain this would have been worth sticking around for imo.

This guy is seriously rich as it is. Selling this down for (guess) £30k profit is hardly worth it for that reason...

For every sell there is a buy. I know its not a strong investment case on its own, but maybe around 10% of this company has changed hands from ii. I'm curious to see who has bought it. Could be pi or another (or new) ii.?
