So between now and April 2020

Funding US$2.25m (approximately £1.82m) to be deployed, inter alia, to satisfy the Exploration Period Requirements;

A further funding commitment of up to S$5.5m (approximately £3.23m) to be applied in undertaking a definitive feasibility study; and

the issue of S$10m (approximately £5.87m) of shares in CHX

Sounds like a dream for pretty much every AIM explorer to me.

That is a fair point Jace. I'd say it's very likely the company we will RTO into already has shares, as a private entity.

Presumably rules for insider trading are not the same for private listed companies? Meaning yes there could be a market impact from discussing the rto company, but not one that is illegal? Maybe?

The way I see it, they done the weak financials, they've done the placing and drawn the line in the sand (hopefully!) that it's now funded through to production. So from now on it should only be good news??

Put a different way, within the next week this will have signed off a concession on one of the best diamond sites on earth, be sitting at say £12m cash. For a mcap of £29m.... With Romania coming online in the next 4 to 5 months say.

To put it in perspective, 10% of shares have been placed. Of which, I'm certain a large number have already been forward sold in the massive volume over the last few days.

The fact that VAST have been granted a concession on one of the most (if not the absolute best) diamond sites on the planet should justify at least 0.5p imo. With funding sorted and Romania coming online, I'd say 0.75 would not be impossible.

So then... 1st October. As the Avengers would say we're in the endgame now!

AS I understand it Sims, they have had to place because the diamond claim was still not resolved. Once that is resolved there will be zero need for placings for a long time.

What placing? This will be debt/ cash financed.

All things considered, given yesterday and the other distractions in the market today, this did ok. Not well, just ok.

I'd say it's quite likely the Zimbabwe gov have also now resolved the Mugabe diamonds thing. So it may be there is no need for funding at all, with $8-$9m coming in from selling those.

Ironically if there is a no deal brexit the uk market will crash. This would be better off suspended until after that Imo.
