Presuming this all goes as planned, there will be a theoretical value of BOU upon announcement How we all play this is up to each of us, but if this was say 20-30 times higher than the value at the time, then it won't happen in one day. Might even take a week. And obviously the trading volumes will be incredible, so it won't go up in a straight line. I'd say the vast majority of people will be out before the actual transfer to new company EGM.

People should do what the rest of us do and just filter the nuppet.

And if this nuppet truly believes this will go down, and truly has this sort of money, then do us all a favour and open up a £100k short here to prove us all wrong.

AFAIK to benefit from tax losses you need to be in the same sector? Bear in mind my knowledge of this is limited, but that's worth checking.

I'd recommend anyone thinking this could reverse into a meat free company should check out #anic on twitter, or ANIC here, as there is some great research out there, especially on market growth.

Just for the benefit of the newbies, this sector is what the brokers were chatting about for GRIT outside of the AGM yesterday. Speculation? Maybe. But to name any sector at all, let alone one of the fastest growing is very interesting.

Sounds fairly reasonable to me, compared to some of the convoluted "waiting for payment" shares you see around where it takes forever. It may take a while, but this will be going over 10p. Look at mno, tla, bould, all looking to rto and all well over cash. This could in theory shoot to 30/40p

Interestingly, despite two of the new bod coming from a mining background, the talk at the agm was of an alternative meat investment. Which for those who don't know is one of the fastest growing sectors right now.

Interesting chat coming out of the AGM. Looks like they will liquidate all investments (unsurprising) but fund an RTO through debt finance rather than a placing!?

Unless something goes terribly wrong here (only in terms of not finding a suitable acquisition), then you will not see 0.3 again Eezymunny and might as well forget about this and move on.

RTOs work because it costs a company around £2m actually buy into a listed entity. It costs considerably more for a private company to list from scratch. Therefore, you will see most of the decent cash shells are valued at £2m plus cash.

In addition, when the actual RTO happens, there will be a transaction value creation. So say TLA have a 10% conversion in company B, our shares are then worth 10% of maybe a £100m company (example).

Bear in mind that the vast majority of ii held shares here are at 10p or higher, and these guys ain't fools to be messing around with something that loses them a lot of money!

I'm going to explain to you why this is actually a cheap valuation, but you should ask yourself, if hundreds of trades, for thousands of pounds are going through at this price, either 99.99% of people are very wrong, or you are right. Statistically you are wrong.

At least do 5 mins of research into RTOs.
