Seeing as they have fairly substantial waste dumps with gold just sitting there, I'd hope they might be able to secure some non dilutive funding. Not to mention near term revenues from the mine itself, and the o&g asset.

Power planning on a strategic level is pretty much the top priority for Pakistan gov right now, and the billions china is paying to get the new trading routes open etc cannot go anywhere without it.

As I've been out of the loop here, have they at any point clarified their production capacity?

This was never about the level of demand, but about supply. And i think the drop in price justifies this.

This is one hell of a major project in the region, and on here. Its got sign off at the top level and extremely high external funding.

For what they have, the fact they are surrounded by gold mines, plus the jorc standard fluorspar this is rediculously underpriced now.
