As i understand it, £150m odd was an asset impairment write down, not debt.

Imo this dramatic selling down is due to the fact we're near the end of the tax year.

Is there a rough indication of when this will land? Are we talking months?

If the single largest shareholder is averaging 32p, who runs the day to day operations of this company, I'm happy holding well below them.

You don't reinstate dividends if you have a debt to pay off?

Who knows, but its a regulatory requirement.

I always wondered about that M&A rule, say a company share price collapsed through escalation of debt or something silly, you wouldn't expect a new company to pay the highest price paid in 12 months?

I don't know what the exact ruling is, but logically because of the price paid for the 50% odd, you'd expect an initial offer around 140m minimum.

This should be nearer 2. 5p minimum on whats already known. Ignoring upcoming drill results and o&g deal. If it's as stupendous as we were discussing over the weekend then 10p (spike) wouldn't be unreasonable imo.

Ethio you don't know anything about this share. What you just said would apply to every single share that goes up 20%, its an entirely pointless thing to add.

I see dbays fully intend to keep this listed. Begs the question who is so keen to sell at 93% loss?

If this is not delisting, those with averages nearer 70-£1 have no choice but to invest big and average down now.
