I have been thinking about this too. Given the market is indeed lazy unless the Q2 update includes an express statement of EBITDA for Vametco arising from Q2 then they wont be able to work out it the financial impact with any degree of certainty. One would though that at the very least it would cement an SP support level of 29-30p. Those figures are just in my head rather than any level of knowledge that many of you have as I am a newbie to this share..

There again this is AIM so logic goes out of the window sometimes. Expect the unexpected. Without spoon fed figures I wouldn't be surprised to see a small drop! Stranger things have happened!

Onwards etc...to the H1 RNS. Then the fun should begin.

Agreed Knuttie the move back up on the bid/ask has happened a lot earlier today. Fingers crossed for a + 27p bid close today as part of a slow steady grind upwards (assuming no afternoon RNS of course).

Watch it slip back now though. Same pattern every day for the last week or so. sharp increase in the first 5 minutes followed by gradual retracing during the day. Plus though is that the overall trend is in the right direction!

Agreed. Immediately prior to the 100k sell HL was clearly showing a price increase of 0.65p (27p paid) but it still is not showing anywhere.

Thanks GG and all others. I do value your insight greatly and I appreciate the different views and not being shot down like happens to individuals on some BBs. Whether it's just Burgrabben or another II as well free float is being hoovered up and that should be good for us in the short term. Here's to another positive day! GLA

Hi, I certainly hope everyone else's expectation is correct and that the impact of their position building continues to solidify the SP around these levels before the pigging rerun results build on this as a new base. I maybe too cynical for my years but my life experiences have tended to reflect that if something appears too good to be true then it is. As exciting as 20% up days are - from here I would be happy with a close today firmly in the middle of 31/32 bid/offer spread showing continued good buying volume to underpin the trend.

Agreed. One question though - is it right to suggest that only 20 million shares are attributable to PIs? All of the mentioned nominees accounts e.g. HL, barclays will be holding PI shareholdings won't they? Therefore the free float is higher than suggested?

GG To add a little balance to the love fest for Burggraben. On balance yes i agree it appears positive. Short term impact on the SP is certainly that. As long as they are not trying to get to 30% and take us out cheaply before we can realise the true value ourselves. Say 5p increase for each next 5% they would be forced to offer to take us out at a premium to 50p. Depends on the premium of course, and that may be ok for some but as my target is certainly over £1 in 2019 that would seriously p*** me off. I haven't had many opportunities to build a nest egg and this is one. I don't want that taken away from me.

HL do arrange that and do charge 0.45% in the SIPP but for shares and investment trusts the charge is capped at �200 per year so depending on how much you hold it could work out at a lower % overall i.e if you hold more than approx �45k in shares.

Don't know about the transfer point - I assume that is possible. But i bought into this today in my HL SIPP banking my profits today from my holding in OXB so yes, it's possible on that platform.

I would like to think we are still on for Q4 2019 first gad and the fact that pipeline is in better condition than hoped for should mean that the time and cost expected to bring it to standard can be saved (I think I saw an assumption in the VSA note that they had assumed £4m in costs?). I would hope and expect that the BOD are also using this time well to line up the funding deals and OGA submissions so they are absolutely ready to go immediately they get the next set of results.

I think this shows much better comms from IOG. Had they not given an update and just waited until complete the delay would certainly have been taken badly. A 1 month delay isn't the end of the world and we should all take this final pig run as confirmation of the excellent results so far and correct due diligence required for a well funded next stage. Lots of positives in this i just hope the market takes it the same way.

Typical MMs. Nearly achieving the Ask having increased to 17.50 and they immediately drop the Bid back to 16.25. FWIW I think that the Contractor doing the selling down will soon have lost the chance to do so under 19. I think those who have been watching this share will start to see this move and then try to time getting in before the news on the pipeline integrity comes out so this SHOULD (MMs permitting) move it steadily to 19.00 by the first week of June. And still it keeps going... There is concerted buying pressure here. This isn't just PI buying behaviour. It feels like someone has an inside track on news somewhere? In which case if this share is going to behave as it normally does we will get some news and then it will start to drop back. Doesn't feel like a response to the news of the proposed consolidation, that's for sure. Time will tell.

I am not sure I can see that but there again I didn't expect day's movement to be as positive. If we are going to break though and hold that we need to get past and close above the upper resistance level of 13.152. Let's see how the week unfolds and if we can keep this up.If we keep trying and failing to break through it is more likely to test its support level though.

Oura2, I'm not sure about SXX - that's not a tech company. It's own website states it is only listed on the LSE, being a FTSE 250 company. Anyway NASDAQ Standard 4 requirements: Assets with Equity Listing Rules 5315(e) and 5315(f)(3)(D); Market Cap $160M, minimum bid price for listing is $4. Cheers

Something on the ADVFN BB to this effect so will do some more checking myself. I think it might depend on the type of listing. For a long time on that board a US listing has been considered likely and I think it highly likely too. Values in the US atm are much higher for biotechs companies and i think they want to take advantsge of that. The wording in the RNS gives a few hints I think. That would change my view of holding this long term though as the values of biotechs in the US are getting ridiculous and therefore the whole sector is due a reality check with would take us with it if we had a listing there.

This is all about a US listing. Minimum SP requirements for overseas companies listing is 4 dollars. Do the math.... Watch it unfold. This will be great or dire and I don't know which so am tempted to hedge and sell half. Am up 150% on my fairly modest stake so probably the sensible thing to book that profit now. Given the timetable this is a done deal already. The only thing I am thinking though is M&G wouldn't invest £20M in the recent placing in order to risk it all. They must have known about this when they invested.
