If you reduce headcount and you are doing roughly the same amount of work. Or if you are on deliveries the call point ratio will not have dropped a lot st all and not by 6%. Also if you are doing that work using roughly 120.000 hours a week less than the year previously. How can anyone in their right mind state that productivity has not fallen enough. Or look at it this way. If they give us a further 1 hour reduction then productivity shows a natural growth. Now that aint rocket science znd posties are not fools
