Oh its quite simple you do not lose your pension ever you simply cannot. Secondly this thing about constant phone calls around insurance is absolute garbage complete rubbish the union do not pester people at all like that. Feline I have never known anyone at all ever in my long stretch in this industry ever lose their pension? Your pension cannot be touched it is that simple there is definitely something about you that doesn't fit. Some of The things you cite about our industry are incorrect and these are things that any employee would know.

How can we be being paid 39 hours for 35 if we are only working 35 then we are being paid for 35 so the rate is enhanced. Its your explanation that is thick not me I am afraid. Very bizzare!!

For clarity, I have confirmed what I think Wolves was trying to say I may be wrong only he will know. I doubt very much that any rep would be suggesting any drop in pay at all because it is just not on the cards

Yeah thanks for that I had an inkling that may be what he was getting at. And no that is not happening at all, if that is the case it would be a pay cut on basic and that is not the case, we lose no money at all but our overtime rates increase because our hourly rate increases

You are saying that there are people in your workplace that think there is a pay cut in the reduction of the working week.? Then you continue that they are being paid for 35 instead of 39 when increased productivity. So, Getting paid 35 for 39 Hours pay. Yes correct we will be on the same rate of pay but any overtime will be paid at a higher hourly rate. When increased productivity? What do you mean by that? What was it that they did not understand?
