I sent a reply to Stuart. "How many B shares will I receive and will I receive an electronic share certificate for them? How can I sell the electronic shares when they are listed? I have an account with Digiro. My shares for CIC Capital, CIC Fund & CIC Gold are still showing in my Barclays account. Do I just tell them to cancel them? Is Renell Bank your designated sponsor. You said it was Tremell Bank in a previous letter to me. So far I have not received a reply from Stuart.

This is the reply from Stuart. "What I have done is registered you B share but lets leave you A Share where they are no and in the future as CIC Fund get close to trading we can they delete the A Shares. I have you all the above detail on our share register systems so no worry all done"

Just had a look at the three main web sites to see if there are any changes. I notice that CIC Capital Fund site is temporaly unavailable. On CIC Gold's web site "The Board" page was last updated on the 17th November 2017. Not sure what the changes are but I notice that Michael Smith and Jeffrey Karoly are not listed.

CIC Gold shares were given to all shareholders. Dose anyone have any idea's of how much CIC Brancepeth Coal and CIC Fuels may be worth? What happened to the Chinese steel company and the Japanese oil and water mix for ships. Note 9 to the accounts Dividends On 13 January 2015, the Company distributed 20,000,000 common shares in specie in CIC Gold Group Limited to all of its shareholders. On 14 October 2015, the Company distributed 13,500,000 and 34,000,000 common shares in specie respectively in CIC Fuels Group Limited and CIC Brancepeth Coal Limited to the shareholders of the Company.

I have no idea yet on how I will trade them. I opened an account with Digiro UK but they will not take in paper certificates but maybe they will except electronic certificates.

The email. "Please see attached your new electronic certificates. CIC Capital will soon trade followed by the other two. Again sorry about the charge but we have to match settlement with Tremell Bank our European designated sponsor. We are not allowed to fund it and is a way to verify that the directors and insiders of the company are not holding secrete stock".

Just received an email from Stuart with three electronic share certificates attached for CIC Capital, CIC Fund, CIC Gold. All details are correct. There are instructions to send the payment of 171GBP to a bank in Australia. I will now await the disappearance of the shares from my Barclays account

I previously sent Stuart details of my CIC shareholdings held by Barclays. Last night I received an email from Stuart or probably his Chinese sidekick. "We have started to issue directly Barclays beneficiary (you) share directly and deducted from Barclays total. I think it may be best for you as they are not going to have a trading position when CIC Capital trades. The new certificates from our designated sponsor will allow trading through Clearstream. You holdings with Barclays are for UK Crest. Also note the designated sponsor charges GBP57 per certificate and it embarrassing for us as we are not allowed to pay it. Its there way making sure all holders are independent from us. We match settlement receipt with Cert numbers. Please advise"

This part from the annual report give me some hope. "The Company has a pipeline of prospective clients post its public listing that will deliver significant deal flow to the Company". But the next sentence seems to be a translation from Chinese. "Therefore the Company will not need to rely on market it advisory services to general client engagements for its services".

Spoke to Barclays after 30 minutes wait. The guy spoke to his supervisor who reassured him that everything was being taken care of and I would have no reason to worry.

The Rns was about CIC Gold and CIC Capital Ltd. There is no mention of a listing for CIC Capital Fund itself. "CIC Capital Fund Limited ("CIC Fund" or the "Company") is pleased to provide the following corporate update on it's clients ("Client Company's") public listing process. Clients effected are CIC Gold Group Limited and CIC Capital Limited. Both Companies main shareholder base was created by a Dividend in Specie from CIC Fund and as such the Company has in the majority the same shareholders".

What about the listing for CIC Capital Fund?

Hi Sage.....nowhere with Barx....not even tried to contact them....I think we will have to wait until they have Smartened up to get any Smart action from them. Maybe we are Barxing up the wrong tree. Have sent a list of my Barx CIC shareholdings to SB.
