I cannot comment until the updated finacial report of the last three years appears on their web sight. Is the prospective gold/copper property in Mongolia which CIC Gold hopes to find a lot of metal and sell on at a big profit to a big player who will have to spend big money to develop a mine the one you mean? We do not know if any work has been done on the property or even if the deal to buy the property has been fully completed.

What happened to profit from the sale of the Chinese gold mine? Was it paid out to shareholders? "The company renamed CIC Mining Resources Limited and acquired Chinese gold mineral asset located in Gansu, China discovered by Stuart J. Bromley whom is a seven-generation mining family. The asset was acquired for US$4.2 Million and was sold several years later to one of the worlds leading gold producing companies Zijin Mining for US$175 million".

Looking at CIC Capital Fund net site today at 2:25 UK time I cannot find the Jan 2018 report but mrJimV your link still works. Must be making a few corrections.

Hopefully now that the full 3 year Audit is done we will see real action like at the speed of light but we will have to go back in time to vote on the share consilidion first.

Page four of the MD&A. "Investment Strategy CIC Fund will target pre IPO companies to provide convertible loans to company�s requiring working capital for at least 18 months and to fund their public listing. CIC Fund will focus predominantly three sectors: �mineral and energy company�s �technology company�s �entertainment company�s �multimedia and software company�s (my count is four sectors) AND Not forgetting at the very bottom of the MD&A...... CIC Fund will conduct a share consolidation of 10:1 in February 2018 voted on by shareholders of CIC Fund .

On page 4 of the MD&A it says that dividends will go to holders of the B Cass shares. "CIC Fund�s investment objective is to provide Shareholders with stable and growing income returns byway of distributing dividend in Specie of in part shares earned by converting loans to equity from portfolio of investments. The dividend in Specie of shares will be made available to holders of Special Series B Class Shares Non Voting on a pro-rata basis based on their shareholding".

Common shares to be listed in Canada first. No mention of listing in the UK. "CIC Fund is to re-admit its common shares on a Canadian exchange and a future duel list in the EU. CIC Fund also will seek a regulated listing of its Special Series B Class Non -Voting Shares (�B Class�), which will form the main capital-raising fund"

Stuart is changing his shares (I hope he knows best) and I hope to be able to sell the B shares sooner if I need to. I seem to remember reading that the B shares can be changed back to A shares. I still do not know how I will go about selling the shares because I live in Canada now and Barclays don"t want me so I opened an account with Digiro who will take overseas accounts. I sent details of my share holdings to Stuart and they sent me electronic share certificates and put them on the CIC share registers but the shares are still showing in my Barclays account..

"What I have done is registered you B share but lets leave you A Share where they are no and in the future as CIC Fund get close to trading we can they delete the A Shares. I have you all the above detail on our share register systems so no worry all done."

Sent off an Email to Stuart asking about CIC Gold's web site and got this prompt reply...... Hi xxx, The provider is upgrading their systems over the week end and will be running normal again on Monday. Shocking new what happened to Beuafort Securities in London with FCA. Hope you are well. I give up on the video..... I am sure that the listing agents have noted the previous history of CIC listings in Canada and the UK and are being extra carefull on this one. Would be nice to know what the currant assets and income is for the various CIC companies and what happend to the Gin Cee gold property in China.. Would be nice to know if any work has been done on the Mongolia gold property. Would be nice to know what everyone at the CIC companies does all day to pass the time. There is not been much time taken to update the various net sites. What is going to encourage the new investors to put their hard earned money into CIC Capital Fund?

Will they list at the same time or will we have to waite for the London listing?

Hi Sage, Nothing was said about me living in Canada. I gave them my Barclays account number and the number of shares I hold in all three companies and sent 171 pounds sterling to a bank account in Australia. They emailed me three electronic share certificates. The three shareholdings are still listed in my Barclays account so did they contact Barclays or are they just taking my word that I own the shares? By the way....Barclays will no longer let me buy shares, just sell because I live in Canada and I have opened an account with Digiro. The way things are been dealt with does not give me confidence. If they are to attract new investors for the flotation of CIC Capital Fund they need to do better.
