While we waite some jobs for Stuart to be getting on with.

1. Update CIC Fund and CIC Gold web sites ready for floatation.

I believe we will sort our CIC Gold first and is intact well progressed.

CIC Fund we will advise of soon as there is a lot happening here structurally.

2. Have Chinese versions of all CIC web sights for potential filthy rich Chinese investors.

We need to be careful here. Our base is Chinese 12%, Middle East 33%, Japan and other non Chinese 17%, EU 19% rest other.

We need to treat all equally. So we are only sticking to English.

3. Look at Hong Kong for a future listing of CIC companies.

Absolutely not. This is a retail market and I personally have many years invested in developing a non retail base save about 8 % of our shareholding. We have a couple of dissident shareholders whom have some mental problems and they can kiss my arse when trading happens because they will need our assistance.

4. Ask us for any suggestions we may have to improve everything CIC.

Value this at any time and we will fully respond.

5. Send us all weekly updates of progress being made.

Can not do this as is not practicable. I do agree on regular updates but do remember CIC is Canadian domicile and its a regulatory breach to “spook the markets”. So before listing I communicate where I can within the constraints placed on me. For interest you may wish to read the regulation which is Canadian National Instrument 51-201 Disclosure Requirements (do a google search).

6. Make himself a cup of tea.

I have read the RNS and I cannot say that I understand it.
Seams that us" sophisticated investors" are going to be asked if we want to subscribe for shares in INTO.
Maybe we will all get free holidays in the new hotel in South Africa instead of free shares.

I can only see 4 directors on the prospectus and 5 on the web site if you count Treasurer Mark Brockhurst.

A further update now that the markets have closed.

Intosol is a small EU luxury travel company. It founded by funders that hold interest in small and large companies both public like Intosol and private companies that will go public. CIC has been through a lot and has real street credentials. Also a vast knowledge base. Large funds want that and like a a lot. We have detailed know how in many jurisdictions not just one.

CIC Capital public listing is progressing with a board of 6 directors and is very solid. Should CIC be successful in its listing it will be the first advisory firm admitted. The Company is very special and its approach to take on clients for equity shares for fees is working in our shareholders favour. CIC Capital only started to take on outside clients this February and has already turned over very significant revenues. Our deal flow is very substantial and won’t be selling on listing that for sure.

After a quick look at Itosol I cannot say that I would invest in the company.

I would be disappointed with a share price less than 30 pence or CAD 50 cents a share.

I used the" Lets Chat" on the bottom of the CIC Capital web page and got a prompt Email from Stuart.
I asked when we would receive new electronic post-consolidation share certificates and for a firm date for the listing of CIC Capital.
Here is Stuart's reply.....
Dear Macnai,

We will issue new certificates as each listing date is announced. I am unable to advise when but CIC Capital is leading the others.

CIC Gold is undergoing an audit and will be finished in the next two weeks

CIC Fund we are making clear long term decisions and will decide over the next week the path forward. We have registered 3 years ago CIC Fund Ltd incase we decided to have a totally clean Co which will absorb CIC Capital Fund Ltd. This would simplify our fund establishment in Luxembourg. CIC Group private companies has very large cash in bank and is why we do not raise capital. CIC Fund may also absorb CIC Angel Fund Ltd with huge cash in bank as well. The key is how we deal with shareholding and valuation of CIC Capital Fund. The shareholder should see a much better position that the 3 pence it last traded at.

We have updated the prospectus and is in its second reading by regulators.We have added 3 new clients.

Danir AB paid CAD $7.88 a Cindrigo share so CIC's 600,000 shares should be worth CAD $4,728,000 that's 2,936,645 pounds Stirling if I got my sums right.

I think Cindringo decided they didn't need a listing on the TSX Venture exchange but we still own the shares in the company and I think it has the potential to become big.

I paid good money to have Stuart move my shares from my Barclays account and send me electronic share certificates for all three companies.
They are still listed in my Barclays account.
Hopefully, I can get my electronic shares transferred into my Questrade account in Canada.
How this all works, we will have to wait and see.

I think we will have to wait for the CIC Gold prospectus to know what exactly they own.
The Mongolia property is likely to hold copper and hopefully gold.
Extract from a CIC Gold corporate update on 2 March 2017.

"Gobi Mineral Group Acquisition
The Company announced that it was subject to a regulator enquiry on January 4, 2017. Post this announcement the vendors have withdrawn from the acquisition until the Company is trading on a designated exchange."

In a letter to shareholders in October 2018, Stuart said that CIC Fund ordinary shares would be consolidated 1 for 10 before a listing but I have never seen anything for consolidation of CIC Capital.

We haven't any gold.
Just the possibility of gold on land we possibly own the mineral rights to.
Also......the prospectus news should be on SEDAR, after all, it is now a Canadian company looking for a listing on the TSX Venture exchange.
