"CIC Mining earns interest in gold concessions

StockMarketWire.com - CIC Mining Resources has earned interests in significant gold concessions following a deal with Japanese Eco Energy Group's African subsidiary, Eco Project Co.

CIC Mining Resources will provide technical, legal, strategic and commercial advice on Eco Project Co's gold exploration concessions in the Twangiza-Namoya gold belt in the Congo.

It will also help in the selection of other suitable third party advisers where needed and assist in introducing leading Chinese gold miners to build and fund the project.

Eco Energy has four gold exploration concessions - PR5886, PR6565, PR5277 and PR12102 - covering a combined area of 1818 square kilometres in the Twangiza-Namoya gold belt which is next to the Banro Corporation lease concessions.

Banro Corporation is a Canadian-based gold exploration and development company with four wholly-owned properties, each with mining licences, along the Twangiza-Namoya gold belt.

Banro Corporation has so far identified 6.72 million ounces of measured and indicated resources, plus inferred resources of 4.46 million ounces.

CIC Mining Resources now holds a 48% interest in Eco Energy and has the exclusive right to facilitate a future public listing.

CIC Gold could be sitting on 10 MILLION oz of Gold and it looks like we will never know because as far as we know no one has done any prospecting on the property for a long time. Not sure how many years now as I have lost track of time.

The only way they will attract new clients is to have a successful track record and a stock listing for CIC Capital.
The new issue market in the US, in particular, is red hot and we are missing out big time.
Just had a quick look at the client companies that we know about.
Did not find anything new about plans to float etc.

This morning I sent Stuart an email asking about progress and five minutes later I received this reply.

Thank you for the email,

CIC Capital Ltd prospectus is largely approved. We are only required to process the prospectus through stock exchange.

The Board of CIC Capital along with 6 major funds wish to wait until one or more clients revenue has a material impact of the probable share value of CIC Capital.

Share value is simple, basically cash in the bank divided by number of shares.

Due to the client companies not only going through securitisation funding (www.Secucritisation.com) plus a listing on regulated stock exchange, CIC can not disclose to the public any time lines or the transaction details.

I am being as open and straight as allowable.

While I hope the CIC Companies will reach some measure of success someday my hope is slowly withering away.
I cannot help feeling that Stuart is keeping the companies alive for his own selfish reasons and has no interest in the welfare of the shareholders.
Some new go-getting people need to be attracted to work for the CIC companies but I am afraid that there is nothing much there to attract them.
And to share listing on a stock exchange. I think the US Pinksheets may work for a listing.
What happened to all the China-related shareholdings?
What about the property that CIC Gold may own in Mongolia?

Can we expect a performance like Plug Power (PLUG) on the Nasdaq market when CIC Capital is listed?
The outlook for the future is what gets shares moving up. Nice to also have cash.

Why are they taking so long? This is not a large complex company.
Your excuses seem very lame. Most other companies are coping very well with the present conditions.
I suppose the prospectus will have to be rewritten as so much has changed with the company what with the much-expanded customer list..........I HOPE.

It would appear by the lack of comment from Stuart that floatation on a Canadian stock exchange is a none starter.
Where do we go from here..........to run as private companies and pay us a dividend with the profits he says they are making?
But he needs a quote for at least one of his companies to justify people's faith in his services.
I do not see a way forward with the present management.
New people are needed and the old guys need to go including Stuart.

I would say that its likely that the Board and major Fund shareholders wish to conduct financials Q4 2020 and Q1 2021,as the client quality and revenues are going to deliver a much better trading value per share at admission. Also CIC have not resolved our potential tax situation end of Dec 2020. This is being looked at by three separate audit firmst in different jurisdictions.

CIC has recently listed one client on EU exchange with three client listing on regulated markets going extremely well.

I can not say touch due to the values being generated.

I notice that a director of CIC Capital, R.D. Toyoda no longer appears to be working for Boughton Law in Vancouver.
Still, we wait.
How old is Stuart now?
I am 68 years old and so far have managed to avoid the dreaded lurgy.

Still waiting for the Revenue Summary to Sep 30, 2020, to appear on the website for CIC Capital.
