Yes......does not inspire new investors. Won't the regulators look at his websites as part of their listing deliberations? Stuart does not seem to read my emails properly. I ask myself.....is he keeping these companies alive so he can flit around the world living the life of company director making a lot of business contacts on LinkedIn.

The website still sucks. I go to CIC Fund website and I click the box "Investing in our Fund" and I get Company Announcements (last announcement 11th June 2017). I then click on "Investing in CIC Fund"( bottom of the list on the left) and I get 404 page not found. Stuart thinks it is my Windows PC and if I refresh the screen it should cure the problem. He should know because in 1981 he had a computer manufacturing business in Austrailia. I get exactly the same results using my Windows 10 PC and also my Kindle. Do other people have problems with the website or is it just me?

Got a reply from Stuart. Web site problems........"I look into it it appears that some issues with PC Windows" Can we expect news soon?.............."News soon but under the thumb by regulators. So bear with us".

I have no new info and am waiting for the next news release and hoping it will clarify things. It looks like the ordinary shares will be listed in Canada first so it may make it easier for me to deal with my Canada broker. They should have sent us new share certificates post the share consolidation. The net sites could do with improving. It looks like they may be working on the CIC Capital Fund site but if you click on the boxes for" Investing in our Fund", "Financial Reports" and Company Announcements they all led to old company announcements on my PC.
