I am pleased to advise the prospectus for CIC Capital Ld was filed last Thursday 8 Aug 2019 with a press release being issued 7 am London time this coming Monday.

CIC Capital Ltd, the advisory services company will be TSX Venture market.

The Company will then duel list into EU post that.

CIC Gold will follow CIC Capitals path.

Both companies are “venture issuers.

CIC Capital Fund Ltd , the regulated close end fund which is not trading on any exchange we will eventually focus on re-admission most likely on TSX main board..

Client company's where we will earn shares will be in various exchanges depending on their function. Expect news on that very soon.

Does anyone know what market in Canada the CIC companies are going to list on?
The TSX main market or the TSX Venture or the CNX?

Well, the new web site was there 10 minutes ago.
This was on the main page.....

I keep checking the SEDAR Issuer Profiles to see if there is a listing for CIC Capital or even CIC Gold and what do if find.....nothing. Just an outdated profile for CIC Capital Fund.

Will, they even be able to afford new listings with the upfront costs and monthly fees?
Is the auditor able to make sense of the business plans?

According to the SEDAR profile for CIC Capital Fund the shares were listed on the Canadian CSE market.

Hopefully, the Audit will be done soon as it should be simple to do.
Have been waiting for months for Amfil Technologies in US/ Canada to get their audit done.

Now able to connect CIC Caapital Fund web site and I notice they have the exact same number of common shares in issue as CIC Capital 51,020,836 so they must have had a 1 for 10 consolidation as well.

I am having difficulty connecting to the CIC Capital Fund website. Could they be updating it?

CIC Capital did a 1 for 10 share consolidation in Jan 2018....date corrected by me or we would have to wait another 899 years

I received way back when electronic share certificates for all three CIC companies but have not received a share certificate for the consolidated CIC Capital shares.

Not forgetting Benxi Steel Ltd. Also on the list.

The three CIC companies will be listed in Canada in Toronto presumably on the TSX Venture exchange.

Stuart recommended holding on to the CIC Capital Fund ordinary shares as you will receive free shares in the client companies when they are floated on a stock exchange based on the number of CIC Fund shares you own.
It took 1.5 years to get free of the Seychelles as they demanded 20k pounds sterling to move the companies but eventually, they relented but the Europeans wanted 55k Euros to float each company so they have ended back in Canada where the details are more complex but they are only charging $300.
There have to be fresh audits done by Canadian companies funded by Stuart and some clients who have become shareholders.
There are 27 client companies. He sent me a sample list....CIC Gold...CIC Fuels...CIC Brancepath Coal...SINO Reserves... Mongol Investments Ltd.
The usual suspects...the only one new to me is Mongol Investments.

Reception using Skype was poor but he could hear me clearly.

CIC Gold prospectus will be out in 3 weeks.
Shares in both companies should be tradable in 8 to 10 weeks from prospectus issue date but could be sooner but I am not clear on that info.
They have just made an application to retrade CIC Capital fund shares and they should be trading in 8 to 10 weeks.
Prospectus not needed, just fresh audit by a Canadian auditor.

10 cents Canadian...........how big is the Universe........does it have any limits?

Hope to soon see our companies listed in Canada and on the Stockhouse bulletin boards and maybe get Pink sheets or better listings in the US.

We maybe about to lose this bullitin board on LSE.
This board was on the beta site on LSE but has now gone from there.
We may have to learn how to coexist with the good folks on ADVFN.
