Maybe they found a humungus massive gigantic load of gold on their Mongolian property....Hi Hi
We are pushing on all fronts at present. The slowness is also driving me nuts.
We will be fine just keep moving forward..
Kind Regards

Q1 results for CIC Capital SA published 9th July.
http://www.ciccapital.com/companyreports.html
Email dated 27th June...........I have been away.........Results are showing a profit.
Ian,
I committed to update you and pleased to do so.
CIC Capital audited YE 31 Dec 2017 financial statements now on Website. Q1 will also be published on 3 July 2018.
http://www.ciccapital.com/companyreports.html
(Q4 2017)
We had a small delay in publishing as we had to be carful of the capitalisation report required in Luxembourg for the company domicile change.
The re-domicile is required as Deutsche Boerse have introduced a new system (“T7”) to Xetra in summer 2017 where consequently only CCP (“central counterparty”) eligible securities/equities can be traded. Seychellen based ISIN are not declared as CCP eligible and thus could not trade on Xetra.
Interesting to note, not even the UK is not CCP eligible. This is why a lot of UK companies are going to have to follow CIC Capital but is very complex and time consuming. We are currently being asked by a number of advisors in UK to assist them based on our experiences. So good investment of our time in the process.
Kindest Regards
Stuart J. Bromley

CIC Gold's property is in a very prospective area close to the Tsagaan Servarga mine. Here is a recent report from Xanadu Mines. http://www.xanadumines.com/irm/PDF/2040_0/KharmagtaiNewCopperPorphyryCentreDiscovered Never mind gold but if we find copper it could be extremely valuable in the coming electric car revolution.
I notice that the website now shows CIC Capital SA.
Hi Stuart, I am not impressed by the AIF. Only one new client after all these years. Where is the value? Regards, The reply from Stuart.......... We have many clients but complicates the listing process if we add more. So maintain minimum. Please look at the reorganisation steps which is key. Stuart My comments........ If you want a listing on a decent stock exchange you should have a full audit done for the business showing every little detail for the business and every client. This can take a long time and be very expensive. I have shares in a US Pink sheets listed company (Amfil Technologies) who have been trying to get their audit completed for months so they can move up to the OTC and they are far more open with there business details than Stuart.
I can tell you that there are three moving parts. CIC Capital Limited is path finding its way through EU listing and its very complex with many new regulations impacting on time lines Since CIC Gold is also a Seychelles entity it will follow behind CIC Capital. CIC Fund is a re-admission into Canada and depends a lot on when regulators have competed their reviews. So I am not going to say much about time lines just that we have the very best legal, accounting and other regulatory advisors and take things very carefully. Finally CIC Capital audited accounts will be posted within 3 to 4 weeks and there is a significant profit. Kind Regards Stuart
Stuart J. is celebrating 38 years at CIC GROUP LIMITED https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuart-j-bromley-94124414/ Now where did I leave that bottle of Scotch. It's so long since I have had enything to celebrate that I have no idea where I left it.
People need a break from their mobile phones. Simon Cowell is much happier since he ditched his phone. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-44346270
I also posted it on ADVFN because I didn't want them to feel deprived but I like the significant profit part. Let me say it again because it has a nice ring to it ......SIGNIFICANT PROFIT.
At 3:42pm EST I sent this email to Stuart....... Hi Stuart, When do you expect to list CIC Capital Fund? Kind Regards........macnai At 3:51pm EST I received this email from Stuart........... Macnai, I can tell you that there are three moving parts. China is going to be looking for gold properties in Mongolia. CIC Gold's property could be of significant value. https://www.pinnacledigest.com/mining-stocks/gold-discoveries-plunged-amidst-deficit-spending/
The full results.......nobody there. http://www.investorx.ca/Doc/1805150508322773
On page 7 of the AIF......."In 2004 CIC Mining Resources Limited acquired a Chinese gold mineral asset located in Gansu, China that was discovered by Stuart J. Bromley who is a seven-generation mining family. The asset was acquired for US$4.2 Million through a joint venture and was sold in 2011 to one of the worlds leading gold producing companies Zijin Mining for US$175 million". Most of the profit seems to have gone to the joint venture partner Dragon Mountain Gold and not to the shareholders of CIC Mining as I first thought. See Dragon Mountains version of the story at...... http://www.dragonmountain.com.au/ The story is also told in Case Study 2 on the CIC Gold web site.
The Annual Information Form is back online again in Circulars on the CIC Capital Fund web site. http://www.ciccapitalfund.com/Circulars/AIF%2027%20APRIL%202018.pdf
I have had no contact with Stuart since my email to him asking about the progress of CIC Gold.
The link on the CIC Capital Fund website to the Annual Information Form (AIF) PDF Published 19 April 2018 no longer works. I don't think the AIF was ever published on SEDAR so I presume they must be changing it.
