Short term the valuation will be determined by earnings. VSA Capital's 20p call is entirely feasible within that.
However, I think that as the untapped projects in Bologna come online and also as PXEN make further accretive investments, then the market will also begin to price in multiples for future earnings growth (Spain assets included). This is when £200m market cap seems entirely feasible.
FCF will drive this. Then if the growth looks sustainable the market will add multiples for the growth. Here's to 80p / share.
