Doubly impressive in the face of q4 revenue down YoY WHILST customers restocked...yet up on pre-covid trade (2019).

Pretty decent figures baked in despite the odd headwind..SP taken a big knock...RECORD FCF etc.

Forward guidance ought to be on the optimistic side.

IF the management...

- deliver again over the coming year
- take another chunk out of the debt / raise the divi

Then the shares will be in demand.

ALSO...there is mention on Advfn of a gap at 107p which is not immediately obvious to me. Delusional perhaps. Dreaming or deramping maybe.

There is however a gap in the 180p - 192p region.

Quality management. Remember that Mark Routh also sits on the board of the recently taken out Warrego. Mark & co will do well here and as the cash flows this will garner more interest from institutions.

That's a huge mismatch is asset values, yet...In the (likely imho) event of a buyout...The STRONG holders here dictate WHERE the PRICE fulcrum lies.

If a big seller can do a 50% haircut then imagine what the first round of institutional buying brings to the party.

Quite simply...there won't be sufficient shares to go around.

Talk of 5p from some quarters is somewhat premature. The company is only just getting going and there are several known catalysts that will drive the SP.

Not to mention the potential for accretive acquisitions.

Of course the looming DANGER is that of a takeover. Lol.

This move seems huge for a Co valued at £28m with as yet no FCF.

Reading between the lines this further de-risks Guercif and can only imagine the management are super confident of making a go of it.

Still risky of course but looks more Tyrannosaurus-like with each passing day.
