The regulatory framework has to shift back in favour of oil and service co's. The odd pipeline or 2 wouldn't hurt. No quick fixes but the operating environment just got a lot more favourable for PFC.

Expect a scramble to secure the services of PFC - going to be some long and lucrative contract wins.
