RE: Shares Purchased Today12 Jun 2025 15:27
In the past, I pondered what price might get a sale here.
If enough of the major shareholders were fed up, I wonder if 120p would do the trick? On the assumption that Pentland wanted it in the first place.
IMO, this name has, to a degree, lost its 'darling' stock market status, but not its proven business model (although not future bullet proof, of course).
So, a stint private again for a few years, before a fresh re-list here (if we sort our sh%t out) or perhaps across the Pond alone, at a much higher price than 120p, carries some logic.
Would be bad news for some, whose average is around that number, or even higher, but since when has that stopped M&A activity?
Anyway, fun to shoot the breeze during quiet times, lol. GLA.
