Agree. The chart is now ugly. Without decent inside buying, this is IMO going to low 60's. 50's if the markets sell off more heavily.

Subject to the usual caveats, I would add more at that point, even without inside buying. Low 60s, if the BOD put their hands in their pockets again. Show the market this is cheap down here right now etc with the type of action that speaks louder than a thousand words. GLA.

Happy to see buy backs when they have reduced debt and improved the overall balance sheet. Not before.

That would be irresponsible management. Which at the time of print, I do not believe these are.

But I am not buying more here unless I see some inside buying. Got a medium-sized position here now, which is plenty. Most as a planned trade, with the idea of keeping a few back as before. Not advice or a recommendation of course. Good weekend all.

And I would like to see some decent inside buying again here too, as I said the other day. Although we have some historic purchases which were not chicken feed, IMO.

Absolutely this is not a risk free stock, but as a small part of my p/f, it is one that I think will deliver profits, as it has done in the past. Presumably as other longs feel too. Could be wrong and time will tell. GLA.

Presume we will see an RNS after hours confirming the media coverage. It seems highly unlikely to be wrong, but until an RNS is issued, you cannot take for certain what is written.

Although as the shares are suspended, in that sense it is less time-critical, I guess.

I am surprised that Arun has not gone too. In the circumstances, IMO he must carry significant blame for this mess also, but perhaps Riverstone want him to either step up into the main role, perhaps in a caretaker capacity, or it is still being deliberated on. Or he is waiting to be pushed, rather than resign? I guess we will find out soon enough.

I still think (hope) that those jobs will be saved. And for most of you shareholders, I also hope that you will not pay the price of any new funding deal (although I retain my doubts about that).

Either way, Monday appears to be D Day for that and a busy weekend ahead for the HARL BOD, various government people and civil servants. GLA.

Those I planned to buy in the 60's I instead took in and around 71p.

Which means if we break 70p, it will serve me right for not sticking to a plan!

I agree, Mary, I think we will at some point see sub 80p buys turn into a profit - but time will tell and no certainties in life etc. GLA.

Well, I anticipated a 10% red day. First purchase around about minus 8%.

I now think we are going back to the 60's. Not today necessarily.

If we see some heavy inside buying (which I kind of expect, in truth), then I think that will pretty much put a bottom in place. At least until the next update, of course.

That level of inside buying was a key reason for me taking up positions here, albeit primarily trading in and out, while keeping a small core holding along the way.

Hopefully they will buy another big chunk shortly, helping them to get their own averages down somewhat, in the process of showing the market they retain the same faith in turning things around, as they did with those earlier buys at much higher prices. GLA.

Couple more small orders filled. Sitting on my hands now and going to see what the next few weeks bring. GLA.

Anyway, trying to work out what the new trading range here might be now. 77p - 81p ish feels possible IMO, subject to macro stuff and nothing else (good or bad) coming up that is company-specific, of course.

Relax. The chart looks solid. Nice consolidation around the quid level at the time of print.

Might get a retest of the 200 at some point - but, while no certainties in life of course - IMO, this is a time for accumulation or sitting back and letting the market do its thing. Usual caveats etc. GLA.

Needless to say, the next update needs to demonstrate that this is so. Or it will get hammered properly next time.

Well, he did intimate that they had options (plural) last year from memory, did he not, so assuming these further media articles are accurate, in terms of this one funding avenue being closed off, then presumably he will be taking up one of the other options.

But as others have said, best to wait for an RNS. Whenever that might be. GLA (except the emotional melt, lol).

I was miles off hitting a small buy order I had in place, but, without wishing to tempt fate of course (!) got to be pretty satisfied with how things went, in the circumstances.

I am really surprised that we did not at least retest the low print in the afternoon, but nice to be wrong for once, where things turned out better than I expected, rather than the other way around :)

Tomorrow is another day of course...GLA.
