This is the action of someone who derives pleasure at all others expense and has nothing to do with the share. If you interact with him you simply give him self justification. The way to deal with this type of mentality is to stop interacting with them. They will then either return to the fold of normal behavior or simply continue lose their source of entertainment.

I do believe that we now have new definitions of "at the beginning of" and "at the start of". It is all historically predictable and does nothing to restore credibility.

The BAG has made it a "them and us" scenario. Where in reality each share held by anybody has the same % clout. If the BAG has designs on using a block vote to persuade/lobby direction, it them becomes an institution within an institution. Every single shareholder is a % owner of the company and should have free access to the BoD (which does appear to be the case). Your comment “There are valid reasons and updates will be forthcoming, maybe a few surprises as well!!” can only be your opinion. If it is the result of information gleaned as part of the BAG contact with the BoD then you are party to information which should be in the public domain for holder and potential investors alike, or is Market sensitive. Which is it? Opinion, Information that should be in the public domain or Market sensitive information? If it is only your opinion then you should state that. If it is anything else then we have an issue that needs to be resolved by the BoD.

"if you're not happy with the arrangement you can sell up" seems to be the response favoured on AIM. Rather than questions and answers, the LSE boards have mainly become PI v PI and PI v Troll. My perspective is simply all information should be freely available, excluding that which requires an RNS. The BAG was for a reason, now it appears to be for the opposite reason. An observation only.

I understand this and hold shares. Individuals may contact CB as they so wish. The point I raise is that all non market sensitive information pertaining to BZT should be continually updated and readily available on the information and media page of the Bezant website. There should be nothing to discuss other than the weather, politics and religion, that is not freely available to all shareholders. If news is imminent, if results are imminent, if anything about the company is about to change, then being forewarned of the advent of possible news which may be market sensitive does concern everyone and if it can be discussed it can also be published. I hope your group has not developed Stockholm syndrome.

The problem with the BAG report is that it is news all investors and potential investors should already be getting. How can speculators and investors make any sort of informed decision if there is no normal information flow. This isn't a surprise party where the birthday investors should be happy when the guests leap out and shout "surprise". This is meant to be a business enterprise where people can choose to gamble their hard earned money against a potential reward, with the news flow allowing people to assess the odds. Instead we now have a cliche of investors with more information than potential investors. Why would anyone invest when they are at an informational disadvantage?

On the assumption that they manage to get a loan of 75% of our current mcap, what does that actually do to the mcap? How much will they have to spend to meet the PEPR conditions? How far does £3.7m (after £2m bond paid) stretch once all of the condition costs have been deducted? "The Market" either thinks they will not be able to achieve the loan on favourable terms, that they will not be able to meet the conditions, or that they will not achieve production. Because the mass influx of speculators isn't happening. If there was any belief, the SP would not be on it’s arse. We don't usually see a death spiral until a loan fails to be repaid on time. As the mcap is once again below audited asset value, we have already died so not even a spiral option available for the shorters’. Maybe, if we can raise £5.7 against LCCM, we should just sell it and walk away with the profit and throw that at Redmooor. BoD please stand up and explain why you have destroyed shareholder value and market confidence. If you do not know why, then you are definitely the problem.

I am in the action group DVH, but we know what is due from the RNS's. It's just a gamble. As for SML, if they can raise £5.4m against LCCM all well and good. But I am not willing for them to put Redmoor up as collateral.

It will be interesting to see if anyone will lend the equivalent of £5.4m to a company with an mcap of £7m on anywhere near favourable terms.

Alas, a lot of PI's are sitting on this low with a large paper loss. Some don't have the option to average down and some don't have the desire or trust to do so. I am on a small paper loss. If it dips, it dips. We really need a face-to-face meeting with the BoD to draw out what is the reality of SML's situation. I need to understand why we need to borrow against and for LCCM and list the asset. Listing to raise funds for what? The only reason I keep coming back to other than lifestyle is that they assume that production will not cover it. If production could cover it there would be no need to list. More honey to attract more flies springs to mind. The great shame is that on the information we have been given, this all works with a reasonable return. But I now have little faith in the entirety of the information provided, based on historical inaccuracies and changes. For people whose main goal is allegedly shareholder value, the communication, information flow and company performance tell a totally different story. Not being able to get a JV after all this time is either an indication of failure of leadership or misrepresentation to the shareholders on the strengths of the asset. To not have alternative finance arranged pending PEPR approval is a failure of leadership and communication. Current Company performance is a failure of leadership. I think I should take a leaf out of your book and return to trading rather than investing. I had a good run here once and maybe the rose-tinted glasses came out this time around minus the correct focal lenses.
