Which is 100% the responsibility of the BoD. There is no one else to blame for the share price and the larger dilutions due to this.

Perhaps the Director, PW would care to update the shareholders on the status of the management team at Redmoor? AB says the BoD are working very hard. Nice for the shareholders here to find out about BG via another companies RNS. One of the cheapest and easiest ways to foment positive sentiment is through timely information flow, regular updates and regular corrections. One of the easiest ways to destroy sentiment is to ignore your shareholders. It is lucky that their is no sentiment left to lose.

Do a full company comparison (assets/royalties/finance/listings/management). You will see why they are valued 5x our mcap. We can't drag ourselves up simply for being someones neighbours, if we could then our Australian liabilities would have done so.

Disagree Bubble. The costs will come from the recovered funds. The longer it goes on the more they are paid, while there is money to pay them. You will notice that the costs have already been deducted from the funds available to creditors.

The BoD had to dilute at 0.375 when we are so close to Production? There is a rather large mismatch between what we are told and cold hard reality.

We get fed just enough to keep feeding them and keep hoping. So excuse some of us if we are slightly cynical. The RNS time frames have always read "just around the next corner". That's 4 1/2 years of corners.
Meanwhile they keep taking (large successful company salaries) and bonuses (for performance?), we have had shares issued for over £5m in 4.5 years (that's an average of over £1m a year". People have had their investment halved by dilution and devastated by the fall in sp. Yet we are a profitable company?
This is also our fault. We allow the same people year in and year out to run us further into the ground. If you think this is too harsh. Go to Proactive and watch all of the corporate videos for the past 4/12 years. Than re-read all of the RNS's for the past 4 1/2 years. Then come back and tell me that this time it will be different. Then come back next year and tell me that 2023 will be different.

Bitcoin: Those highs were 4 and a half years ago and your "little" dilution of 1.2bn shares to 2.1bn shares. I don't call just about 50% dilution "little". You should be asking where that money (a pretty easy calculation) went and how we can call ourselves "A profitable producing mineral company".
