Why did he need to sell it from one of his companies to another? Moving funds from one company (group of shareholders) to another? Does that mean that when the current Mustang deal falls flat, he will simply sell it on again from us to Mustang? Could someone point me towards a company success story (not an Alan Broome salary and bonus success storey) that our Sheperd is or has been a direct contributor towards? Of the numerous companies that he has been/ is involved with, what are the market performances during his period of involvement? Positive side:

If (IF) a loan can be secure against LCCM, that would underpin the minimum valuation of LCCM at £5.5m and some. Add a conservative £2m+ for Redmoor in its current state and an income circa $3m from those stalwarts at Cobre. This would tie in with our current mcap. Now the loan effect boosts the valuation of LCCM to x3 due to the prospect of production and further exploration and Redmoor x2 due to funds on top of the award to advance the project. This should bring an mcap of £30m on news of the loan and PEPR being sorted.
Little way to drop with no finance as we are already sitting around audited asset value.

Negative side:

We are already overdue the stated news and there is total silence yet again from our BoD. Nothing seems to change in their modus operandi and they yet again fail to understand the significance of keeping the shareholders informed. Sentiment remains low for no reason except failure to communicate.

Background concern about the inability to secure a JV. If the project was sound and the correct companies were approached, why after 18 months was nothing considered viable. Early? It was "the beginning" and "the start". I appreciate I was educated in the 60's, but I think we had the right definitions back then.

Must have forgotten that they are beholden to their shareholders again. It is not hard to communicate to the people that own the company the reason for the delays. If you say you are going to do something, do it or communicate why you have not.
