Indeed valuation here is a bit misleading.
Rightly so we are focusing on the much increased cash balance, becoming soon doble market cap.
But imo the real value creation for LBE are the details of the deal with such a big partner and potential going forward, now that we have cash for acquisition and development...
This value above £1 is not going to happen in a day or in a month, if one is looking for day trading, is right to sell now..
It could be too soon but still a profit is always a profit.
But the transformational potential of this deal beyond cash, is the wide range of opportunities that now LBE has.
Its funny when people talk about cash burn of this company, when actually they just received a huge cash injection...many people have many agendas, and I for sure have mine.
I don't mind to wait for news flow, Norway approval of the deal (a formality), cash payments, acquisition, cash payments, and drill. Can't see a oil company going in to drilling a 30% CoS well in Norway, with by then cash above £20millions and current £13million market cap, without mentioning potential acquisition in between...
This is why I am not selling and actually bought some more today at higher price...
But indeed if one as better place to put his/her hard cash, or need the money, It only make sense to sell now.
I was puzzled by yesterday sp reaction after Fidelity got out of the way...(not completely)
They still have some 1% in it, which if they wanted to sell by now should be well out....
