I've had lots of updates (via companies house) for IGRAINE today. They've finally got their confirmation statement in. Accounts imminent?

As I said Steve, as a result of the placings the situation is a lot better in that they have money to do something more meaningful with and that happens to be in the hottest sector around at the moment.

Good spot. I've highlighted this several times and the same cautionary auditors note is in the main QBT accounts.
There is a good deal of history and a tangled web of debt with this group of companies. However with the placing of the warrants by JS then in a sense QBT has kept the ball in the air with the welcome cash injection. How 'real' the R&D crypto programme is remains to be seen but things are a lot better than a ear a
go that's for sure.

I'm still sticking with 0.75 to 1.75 range by close of year. Many would be happy to have me proved wrong and I would also be happy for all if its much higher.

As expected

I would be looking for around 2.75 to buy in although the Sipiem court case next ruling could have a bigger impact than expected . If the judge rules the defendants didn’t act unlawfully then it could drop to nearer 1.5p.
Most likely another procedural delay, but an affirmation that the case is ‘live’ could push this back up to 4/5p.

It was a protected transaction so could have been worked for days/weeks, hence the stagnant share price despite promising news. How many shares did SGS sell?

For JS. He doubled his money last time. Could easily do that again. Keeps the QBT life support drip going for a bit longer.....

We will know soon enough and I have added considerably in the 6s and now have 38m shares.

Also good to see northcoders surging ahead. Only 7m shares in issue.

P&D based on nothing. Have to hand it to the rampers as they gave me a 3 bag ( albeit only on 150k of shares) on zilch news and no understanding of the company . But hey, who needs to understand a company when you pump it, make a few quid and then move on to the next one .
