Yes, yesterdays hearing ( if it took place) was more procedural .
Tortuous schedules in the Italian system.

If you’ve followed this company for a long time that will be of little surprise .
Could be anything from a full award, delay, death of a defendant, to case having no lawful basis .
I expect a favourable outcome at long last , but probably a little less favourable than previously hoped .

As I mentioned earlier Igraine website is currently 'suspended' having been live very recently. They've got all their accounts published now so I would guess this is a temporary suspension prior to a release of major news. Can't be because they forgot to pa their website server subscription surely!

Personally I think the cash is earmarked to take a part in any SHS commercialisation should those discussions bear fruit . I don’t think they would be sitting on such a pile if not , but of course that is pure speculation.

I have 30 times more shares than BF. I think shareholder pressure on underperforming boards is always valuable , if well directed . In this case I would have to be persuaded if it is more productive than just having a little patience .
