I moved my sell orders up from 2.75/3p to 3.25/3.5p this morning . Nice tick up , but as always it’s hard to judge what will happen next .

When this was set up the sole director was James Gordon. He was the replaced by Francesco GARDIN ( both are directors of QBT). Looking on companies house his (Gordon's) 100 shares have now been transferred to QBT who have 100% controlling interest. Not of he interest to many I am sure, but I was unaware that James Gordon had previously held all the shares in Miner One. Not that they have yet mined anything!

I didn't get the impression one way or the other from today's RNS whether they will be involved in the CSFS subscription or not. It was basically drawing attention to Cornerstone's RNS, perhaps suggesting that we put our money directly in there if we think it's an attractive entry point. Which it probably is.

£3million for a company with a NAV of £120k . ??

Queue crash in price ;)

5% holding in CODE approaching 20% of our market value overall .
Taking the view that it is best to write off SGS , then the current price is looking good value ….

The consolidation was perhaps the one thing it would have been good to pass IMHO

If you look at this company as a whole one might be amazed it has any market capital at all.
There is undoubted potential in going down the crypto route , but as someone else said, the whole sector is based on hype and overblown expectation.
Developing a new fast chip for quantum computing will be being pursued by multiple companies in a multitude of different ways . Mining Bitcoin is a bit of a red herring , as if a chip is proved to be the best it will work in any scenario.
But at present there is one patent and we don’t mine anything and with options and bond conversions the market cap, whatever it is, faces significant dilution over the coming months .
It’s a good share to trade on the back of crypto sentiment , but I have no idea if this is the bottom or 1.5p might actually be in the cards .

Two and a half grand of buys won’t change the price . A director buying £250k might

If the beneficiaries of the various options reasonably think that the market price will not be over 5p or 10p within the excise windows they can still excise them. Do we think they ever imagined this to be the case?
Remember, in addition to the reward' options' Eufingest can exchange €3.2m+ of bond debt for shares at 1p at any time. In their case although it would cause a lot of dilution it would wipe a lot of debt off the books at the same time.
It's all swings and roundabouts and smoke and mirrors.

Funnily enough Vela’s holding in MT wireless is the same as my holding in Vela.

Cornerstone was down 50% from our buy in ….now only 20% down and rising fast . If any of that was factored into VELA’s share price fall, you would think on its own it would nudge the price in the right direction . On top of that CODE continues to perform well and we have what looks like an exciting new investment today .
If SGS is an non starter then things still look good from here , although I do appreciate many are running a very substantial loss right now.

To break even on my 45m shares I need 0.06 ( or 3p after consolidation).

I feel confident if that and more without SGS.

Whilst a final outcome was not expected from last weeks hearing I’m surprised there has been no update at all.

By double figures I presume you mean we might hit a tenth of a penny !
Unlikely but it looks like an investment with a lot of potential, and with CSFS and MODE pulling themselves off the floor things are looking a tad more optimist at long last .
