I think any positive conclusion would likely be May/June 2022 at the earliest . The main hurdle to clear is the judge ruling on whether the defendants acted unlawfully or not .

I need o reread this mornings RNS when I find my glasses, but at first glance I didn’t notice an exercise prise for the options?

Yes…” not buying in” would have been better, but I think the sentiment was clear !

It won't be long before people regret buying in or topping up at these levels. DELT have made steady, if not always spectacular progress and I would not be surprised if the baseline SP is more than double these levels by the end of the year.

If the preliminary results indicated the treatment wasn’t safe enough to proceed then it would be unlikely any of these carefully worded statements would be released.

I added 3.561.295 @0.071 yesterday. As far as I can see it hasn’t been listed yet, but was way below the advertised offer .
Looking good for a move up now .

Keeping quiet seems the best policy. The share price rises and falls on sentiment and whilst orchestrated ramping/deramping can affect sentiment , the musings of lone traders very rarely make much difference . Just had a nice trade between 0.95 and 1.5.
I will quietly wait and see what happens next .

MMs setting the trading range is sometimes the answer, but also some PI accounts have monthly charges or interest that may only be a few quid but will be settled by small trades if there is not enough cash balance available.

I'm going to keep out of this particular argument as we've all been here before. Just to say any final decision would be 3/4 months AFTER the second hearing. So far I don't believe there has been a first hearing, which is to set the date of the second hearing when the procedure will start all over again. The arguments will be thrashed out in court and only there, and what any poster says on here is just an opinion. Many were burnt by a certain poster saying he had inside info of a positive outcome, when he clearly didn't...but that's all history now.
As for the future I remain open minded but did pick up a few sub 1p .

A bit nonsensical ramping the technology and not the company Eddie?
There are numerous ventures in this field, globally . It would be much more normal to develop the potentially ‘disruptive’ technology first and then launch a new company on AIM to raise money to push it further . All the recent moves with this company seem much more a shoring up exercise to keep the company afloat on the back of the buzz in this sector .
At present there is nothing to invest in, and the company fundamentals are pretty poor .
