I have posted nothing gloomy. Just informing those that might ( as in the past ) think +ve court case= millions for crypto investment, that this is not the case. It would of course be good for the ‘group’ as a whole as it would enable the clearing of a large amount of historical debt .

It‘s been the case for years ( which shows how long the litigation has dragged on for).
Read CL17s latest accounts on companies house ( 3 weeks ago) and especially the note from FG in section 2.2 as well as the auditors comments .

Any monies eventually recovered through court actions will go to QBTs subsidiary Clear Leisure 17. At best they will just about cover CL17s liabilities so any further funding of QBTs r&d projects will have to come from other sources .

1.174 was, in my view, a good re-entry point . I’m not in here as big as I’m days gone by, but fancied another flutter .

The court case 'was' previously the reason most had invested here, but I agree this has moved to a much more 'crypto' orientated 'play' with the court case(s) hovering in the background.
As with most AIM shares the expectation of something good coming out of this R&D programme will likely be the main driver of sentiment, rather than any concrete news which could be some way off. They have after all only applied for a patent thus far.

I agree it doesn’t materially make any difference , but many will not look at penny shares, let alone 7/100ths of a penny shares!

The results showed this company has really turned a corner and is in a strong position going forward . The 16.2 billion shares in issue is why the share price is where it is . A 100-1 share consolidation might psychologically make this a more serious proposition to the wider investment community.
