Omens are good IMO; if u look at BUYS Vs SELLS (some appear as SELLs), there is appx a net 150k BOUGHT shares; this is just 0.5% of the Co, so imagine what will happen if/when a significant RNS hits - 5-6p possibly, or more?

IMO Laura, only insiders know the reason (and the MM); big jumps on such small volumes suggest dwindling stock.

Even if global orders are received soon, TED's existing Sales mean that the amount would need to be eg over 500.000 to justify an RNS, so we will probably not know until H1 Interims in September. IMO something else is going on, maybe a merger, strategic investment by Bayliss or collaboration of some sort? G Watt is getting old and he is owed big amounts so I am sure he is looking at succession or exit options. And with TED being the only entity left under the PIP umbrella, it is now easier for an outsider to come in and attach it to another Group? All IMO

Very tightly held now; I can get a quote to BUY @2.3 for 10.000 shares but not for 20.000 or over!

Laura, IMO the TED rail deals will probably not warrant an RNS, IMO; due to these being almost 100% of TED business and thus they'd need to be one-off huge ones (vs small, recurring ones).

a) the Utsi sale approval in next 1-2 weeks, maybe b) something that might show why Bayliss keeps buying?

1. no PI knows what is BS and what tomorrow will bring;

2. Pessimists rely on past record and assign zero chance of a break from the past,

3. optimists ignore the past and expect good news soon - which is likely but not 100% definite; I am in this category,

4. The insiders and/or the MM will know before us and they will move the SP up or down before we realise what is going on.

Davey, with SaaS margins of 88%, Lokis etc margins increasing steadily while fixed o/hs remain steady, the only way is up (with a few bumps along the way); the Co has many distributors who have an interest to promote T42's products, and as sales increase further, huge economies of scale kick in - soon all Sales' increases will be flowing through to Net profit; the CLNs will be paid off in the next 2 years, if not earlier if Co chooses to use its EBIT in 2027.

IMO, as the available free float is getting reduced (tnx to Bayliss mopping up at least 10%), the MM had to increase the Bid after just a few BUYS; at the same time however, in the absence of a material RNS etc and the war-induced volatility, the Offer price is artificially kept low to avoid getting "caught out".

Huge potential IMO, summer is not far off!

Early 2025 was about "survival", with the Placing and the rollover of the CLNotes; 2026 is about expansion in new markets/regions/industries, new verticals and new partners; newsflow will be more richer/ more positive in 2026, IMO, as Mgt talked about a pipeline of deals that will come to fruition; with the war going on and oil sky high, one can say that T42 will be mostly untouched (if not benefit) as its products increase supply chain efficiencies and Latin America is one of the few regions to be least affected by the war's implication (energy/commodity producer). IMO

So for 2026, looking at Rev of 8-10mln, and EBIT of 2-3mln i.e. today's mkt cap!! Or a P/E of 1 instead of 10-15 for a growth co; hence, sometime this year we will easily hit 10p, as I said in a post a few months back. DYOR!

Plus, new distribution deals in Scandinavia and Australasia indicate that the Co has been spending time and precious money on bus. development; to me this means a) there is more to come b) Co is making enough cash to invest in such bus.dev.. GLA!

Although no revenues yet, it is further validation of T42 tech and expansion into a new region and new industries esp mining; potential clients are huge miners, with big fleets so significant revenue flows could be built quickly once the tech proves itself; now with oil price expected to stay over $100 for longer, clients have incentive to use the T42 telematics tech more, and the payback period for the client shortens. IMO
