Co burns appx 120-130k pm of Cash; disappointing not to show any income in Q4 last year; obviously cash has been received in Q1 26 as this is what has been keeping the Co afloat; question now is, at a mkt cap of <4mln, a war going on and need to raise 400-700k, what will the dilution be?

I don't see MAERSK in their "partners" but it'd be nice to get Maersk and other Danish/Norwegian shipping cos on "board"!

Mkt needs the AFS to have proof of the turnround and adjust EBIT expectations upwards; and don't forget, the mkt fears a crash due to the oil price potentially rocketing further; with all the upheaval in the oceans, this is bound to increase demand for 24/7 cargo monitoring.

Blmeyori, yes, I think April is extremely likely for at least 1 RNS on a partner; it's already been 3 weeks since the ODD, plus obviously NFX had been in close discussions in the months since October when Dan expected "pship news" to follow "soon after" the ODD.

Let's just hope that the RNS is not released on the morning of DJT declaring WW3!

IMO, "some" things have changed; FDA ODD given, 1mln in fresh funds by some who don't think it's "all guff" and the SP is where it was last September, before all of these i.e. we are 7 months nearer to the "target", whatever that is. So, just a bit of progress IMO.

IMO, the surest sign of a big RNS coming soon is - don't laugh - Dan dressing up for the Directors' Talk interview :)))

Compare that, to all the previous videos he's appeared in and you will see what I mean. Why dress like that unless you are getting ready to be the face of new NFX, unless you want your new partners to see you in a more professional way? Just my hunch, guys, DYOR :)))

Possibly; if those CMC guys expected a quick profit, they might prefer to take a 10-15% loss now than worry about the impact of DJT's daily BS.
