BTW, I don't discount the risk of the war getting worse and the oil price shooting up/causing inflation etc; however, even in such a case NFX would be on of the most defensive stocks in the market (albeit, we cannot predict how jittery holders will react); why?

1. fully funded 2. already the SP ids below both recent Placings so not much scope for profit taking by most holders 3. its virtual operations need zero oil 4. its potential partners invest in research projects over 2-4 year cycles hence they can look through this situation 5. inflation that could rise will eat into cash returns, whereas NFX has no debt to worry about i.r. rises. FFX, "probably" you say; what if you are wrong and the models go '"all the way" this time, into the goldmine? This is the risk we take for the rewards we expect; for 6 months people moaned about the FDA's dealy, lack of funds, risk of placing etc; now (with these out of the way), people moan that - over 12 months of the cash runway - the Co will fail to clinch one single deal; it is, I admit, possible but how probable? SP hit over 0.40p back in October just on the ODD expectation; now, at 0.18p, people deem it too risky to invest in!

Blimeyori, anyone who's been buying got this price, 0.1822. People moan about being left out of Placings, but now that they can buy at 90% of the Placing price, they sit tight. Yes, some PIs may still sell due to the war, but that's an opportunity to buy - Co is fully funded for 1 year (minimum, if deals are announced) and the oil/gas price going up will not affect NFX's operations (or costs), nor the budgets of the partners who will make a deal if the data fits in to their models. IMO

FFX, when we get the RNS about the deal with Astrazeneca, I'll get a yaght and we can sail to OSD at Kos - what do u think?? :)))))

And we 'd also remember that, back in October, during Dan's LSE interview he almost confirmed that a p/ship deal would follow soon after the ODD granting.

Having a quick look at CMC, it is quite possible that - as Spodulike said - they have been trading down their NFX holdings; one way would be to allocate the 1mln among various active Trading accounts (of their best / most active clients) and then sell NFX fwd upon the ODD's granting; this might explain the continual selling, even at below 0.20p. The silver lining is that, once this selling ends, the only way will be up.

FFX, no, not trying to get u to quietly sell up, but to LOUDLY average down as the downside is much much reduced Vs the upside :) I rarely encourage people to BUY (due to the risks etc) but as you have been a long suffering S/holder, I strongly believe that you'd be rewarded; u don't need to wait 6 more months, 1-2 months will do the trick (war notwithstanding).
