IMO, he doesn't intend to acquire 100% of PIP, he has 10%+ so he needs another 10-15% to have effective control (as 55%+ is already held by Insiders); he just needs to spend another 50-100k to achieve this goal, if so; in the process, this could take the SP from 2p to 4-5p IMO; we will see next week?

Interesting connection Bayliss seems to have with Allica Bank, which focuses on UK SMEs.

Also, if/when the Utsi sale is approved and the 1mln is received, TED will have plenty of WCap and no need to spend any Mgt time and o/hs on Adien and Utsi, therefore focusing 100% of all resources on TED and its turnaround/growth; plus (longshot?) Bayliss might inject more capital into PIP (and/or increaing stake on open mkt) to push its growth and capacity for the Unirail business.

Given Bayliss' age (43) Vs our current Chairman (over 70), it might be a planned succession? SB could further increase his stake and GW reduce his (and stay on as a big lender/debtor?) while SB uses his expertise to turn PIP around (focus on improving "oper. excellence"?) - just guessing but IMO, Bayliss is a LT investor and here to stay.

Mkt waits to get firm numbers usually, first, plus the CEO has been bullish before about expected revenues, only to disappoint the mkt later; whereas the 1mln sale is still subject to Govmnt approval, which could go either way; however, Bayliss - who is a Director of many UK companies (if you search CO House) - seems IMO to be a knowledgeable investor (maybe a mate of the CEO too?), so why spend 60k+ on a minnow, with lots of problems and debt??

Let's hope these 4 months (from 1 Jan to 30 April) will be sufficient for British gov. bureaucracy to approve the sale!

There a few potential routes to Revenue, as per the AFS, so we may get an update by eoApril, IMO, for maybe a couple of the below:

"Completed trial delivery of DMS-grade magnetite to an established South African customer; phased commercial volumes anticipated from a minimum of 1,000 tonnes per month,"

· Rainfall materially subsided in February following a period of severe weather across Limpopo province; natural dewatering largely complete, with colluvial mining operations expected to resume within 2-3 weeks," (i.e. by mid-April, IMO)

· "Plant upgrades to deliver agreed DMS-grade magnetite quality and volume targeting completion by end of March 2026, following which the Company will seek to formalise a long-term commercial offtake arrangement" - (news in April?)

· "Key commercial terms agreed for a significant Run-of-Mine ("RoM") offtake supported by a ZAR 3 million prepayment structure; counterparty logistics plan being refined following weather-related delays, with end-customer discussions described as on track,"

· "Ongoing discussions with a German trading house regarding a strategic marketing agreement, requiring 15,000 tonnes per month at specification"

Both to FFX and PSffr, April will be the decider month, IMO, on both fronts for various reasons discussed before; as I don't have a crystal ball, I will wait another 3-4 weeks for fresh developments, before posting again.

Despite the pessimists (who rely too much on past events and can't look to the - near- future), IMO it's significant that "partners" (potential, real or imaginary to some!) have requested specific data, which NFX is willing to pay for (and dilute us in the process!); it shows both interest and conviction on their part that NPX002 might actually be a solution. GLA!

WWthis, tnx for the clarifications and extra info; these could explain why big pharma might be seriously interested in NPX002. It's a big and rewarding market, for the sake of a $50-100mln to NFX, they can access this underserved market IMO.

Fredman, I have no idea TBH, I didn't notice these details; my point was that, now that other Pharmas are following the inhaled/nebuliser approach, IMO it is a further validation of NPX0002, thus making it more likely for any interested partners to continue deeper discussions with NFX. It could also push them not to waste too much time any longer, again IMO; hence why I believe April will be significant for NFX.

Or maybe it could make NPX0002 more attractive to potential partners, as they need to speed up their drug pipelines for IPF?

Another 2-3 weeks' patience for the AFS 2025 and the AGM; plus, the war should end in 3-4 weeks latest for reasons beyond DJT's control, IMO.

A bit of morning brainstorming! Assuming IRON will be in production by H2 2026, and the war will be over (1 way or another);

A global downturn or recession will obviously be bad for Mineral prices; on the other hand, stagflation means that real assets (minerals, metals etc) will maintain or increase their value, as opposed to paper assets (eg crypto); in addition, the need to "rebuild" the MEast and the need for big blocks (EU, US, China, Japan etc) to keep big stocks of strategic metals (iron, titanium etc) should increase demand for metals?
