SOUP, tnx for reminding - does anyone know if Astra achieved anything with RedX's asset? Deal was back in 2020, if no success was ever achieved, wouldn't this mean a similar deal with NFX might be attractive to Astra? Just guessing.

They expect operations to start being cash positive from H2 2026 i.e. in 3-4 months; let's see if they can deliver; at 4mln Mkt cap, IMO, it's worth a shot.

In regions of high growth potential; sounds good, let' see how soon sales will flow through.

Downside is drop of current Bid of 2.5 to what? 1.50 that we had a few months back? that's a 40% potential drop, right?

Upside from 3p (don't know who buys at 4p) is what? 2-3x? Caveat emptor.

And in a world of higher oil prices, reset of global trade flows and strategic stocking of minerals, goods, food etc, Railways will have a much bigger role to play IMO, meaning a growing global orderbook for Unirail and, by extension, TED.

IMO, a well-run, funded and growing TED'd be worth min 4-5mln Vs 1mln now. DYOR

If you compare the 2 sites, you will notice that TED's products are featured nicely on Unipart's site. Just speculating here about SBayliss' interest, but if he has a relationship with Unipart through any of his other companies, he may be seeing further synergies / savings with TED? I can't think why he'd be buying into TED and slowly accumulating stock - surely, he must be seeing something that the Mkt is missing? any thoughts?

Just a few more days for the UTSI Rns (if not another HMGov delay); this may be wishful thinking but it'd be good to get in the same RNS some news about the 1mln cash use + some restructuring eg involving Bayliss?

I like the EXCITING bit! Still cheap IMO, maybe P/E of 1 now (on 2026 Frwd Earnings).

IMO, no ramping is needed; we are just speculating about Bayliss' motives in buying 11% (so far) of PIP; if it continues, SP might increase further; if serious events happen (takeover, merger, business optimisation/expansion etc), then the SP could 2-3X from here; if nothing else happens henceforth, then the SP could drop sub-2p; so, let the buyer beware. DYOR!

So far, Bayliss has bought 4mln shares, if (say) at an average price of MIN 2p, this means an investment of over 80.000; is he doing it because he likes G Watt, a lack of better inv. opportunities, or does he have something bigger on his mind? Not long to wait IMO.

As above, when updated, 5 individuals will hold appx 56% of the share capital; Bayliss now on 11%, seems to be on a "mission"; when the Mkt understands what this mission is about, the SP should - IMO - jump by X % (or X times? )

Whatever happens, each day passing by brings a reduced free float and sooner or later this'd push the SP up.

Until we get some real news, the SP will ebb and flow, depending on speculators buying and profit takers selling, IMO; withe such spreads and volatility, I'd rather wait for the news - sooner or later, HM Gov will have to approve the Utsi sale (hopefully!!).

Last 2x100k SELLS change the net to MINUS 50k for the day; again, not a bad rise given more SELLS than BUYS!!!
