The market for Helium isn't that big. 350,000Mcf is around 6% of global demand.

They could perhaps increase output relatively cheaply but by how much? Helium 1 haven't discussed this as far as I know.

I would be amazed if this ever got to a £1. It is a winner though from here if all goes well.

I read it that they can spend the tax due which is mainly the 30% on shares at market value. So it shouldn't be too dilutive - I think it is more the government being able to takeover companies if they desire.

I hold a chunk here but just to add a negative slant, I see that the Tanzanian government will want a 16% cut of our shares at the Mining Licence stage, they then are allowed to buy at market value another 50% of the shares using due taxes IF they desire.

If we got to production of 350,000 Mcf and we could make a profit of say $200 per MCF then that would be $70m per annum.

I am guessing the dilution from fundraising etc. will give us something over 1 Billion shares. Corporation Tax is 30% I think.

If all is successful I could imagine 3p per share annual dividends here.

I agree there is probably very little money around at the moment in the oil industry. So Tower's Cameroon is hardly attractive to a mid to large sized company.

Even a covid-priced low post-tax income of $20 for each of the 4000 barrels per day would produce about $30 million a year for 6 years! I seem to remember the production costs are only just over $10 per barrel.

Also, there are many other options on the licence to invest the revenue and drill for significant upside.

We just need an entity with cash to realise just how big the returns could get here!

Legal correspondence is very slow and expensive in my experience. I am under the impression that the client is supposed to believe that their expensive legal team are spending much of this time on their case!

That's confidence if you did. The price is relatively low and the spread is good at the moment isn't it. I reckon there would be something like 2.5 billion shares out there via warrants etc. so 40 million shares would be over 1.5%
