RAB Capital has been in and out of this for a long time and I thought that if an II had a bit of independence to vote / abstain then they would be the one.

I agree with your analysis though - it's sad to think that the other 90% of shares are languishing in accounts far and wide and probably always will.

By the way, your link with the 2020 AGM voting PDF - were you sent that directly? I couldn't find it on their website but I guess I could be missing it somewhere.

Why do you think they they would definitely get Aedos and RAB Capital ?

It seems that the company had approximately 55 million votes cast as 'For' for each Resolution.

Anyone have an idea which shareholders these votes came from?

Were there more Institutional Investors in 2020 than now?

Profligate management in some of those yes.

But they had no farmout money to spend did they?

All those companies had debt, so it's no surprise the oil price slump took them out.

We had no debt, only cash - so what went wrong?

It's all the other management that we are questioning not the oil price.

Godders - you are the second largest shareholder on here - if you do the same as we are we will have a much larger chance to get this over the line.

Actually it was just under 10 million share options he gave himself!

Rab Capital I think is more independent and may be a voter but I don't know.

Other reports suggest it is because the Regulatory Environment in SA is too slow or that to save costs they want to focus on the two existing discoveries.

Could it have to do with environmental lobbying?

Total's finds are so large that SA will surely find a suitable alternative if needs be?

They were probably actually buys under the mid-price - a couple of them definitely were as they were mine. The recent fundraise has meant we have a seller selling large amounts.

It is a great time to buy if you think the company has a good future.

I seem to remember $30-$50 million being mentioned but I may be wrong.

I've been with this one for a while. I like their product very much and the management aren't the usual imported managers that lack entrepreneurial skills - these guys know what they are doing IMHO.

I hope we are going to get some nice news soon about restaurant acquisitions. FUL have the cash to invest into the newly available restaurant spaces from the now defunct competitors.
