I may be wrong and I am wrong often (ask my wife). But I'm fully in....

Well I think the business going forward is great, but I think the problem is no new money in the FTSE so people are just shifting money around. ie EZJ down IAG up. When really both should be up. I have no doubts we will correct at some point but am beginning to think the best opportunity is for a high P/E rated USA airline to come and make an offer on EZJ.

I don't want to be political but think there is nothing in the short term that will revive the FTSE. More tax = less money to invest in FTSE. I understnad UK debt sold at over 5% recently (don't think that is good) - maybe an emergency budget could kick start things.

I really hate it that EZJ has such a long period from declaring a dividend to paying it!!!! grrrrr. Allows too much time for people to get out then back in later.

I suspect the break in the upward trend is due to short term oil price rise. I think that oil will trend lower in the longer term. The price spikes should not have much affect anyway as airlines hedge their fuel prices and can just wait it out. Geo politics is always an issue... It would be good to see the world more peaceful at some point. Happy New Year!

Those sales just looks like everyone got issued bonus shares and had about 40% of them sold automatically to cover the tax on that issue of bonus shares. I dont think there is anything to see there. Happy Christmas and here's to good luck and profits in 2025 with whatever shares you hold!

Well I understand the disappointment as there have been bigger risers, but EZJ seems to be going steady for the last 6 months up 25% and 10% in the last month. Good results, another 12p divi to add on, and hopefully reduced losses in Q1. Then lower oil prices and continued demand - still seems like a good place to be, One day Rodney!

That seems like a very short q1...... but guess that will make the losses smaller- clever thinking by ezj - lol.

How many times have we seen this on good results. Who knows what it is but I will continue to hold..... :) Maybe someone trying to trigger some result day stop losses for cheap shares - but not sure how that would work anyway. To me EZJ is better today than it was yesterday so lets roll!

I think the results were as expected - but the expectations were high. Moving forward as Xhita says, reducing the loss in H1 is a bit goal. I think that will be attained - more peace, lower oil (trump will need both of those), no debt (in fact interest on net cash). All look good. I was a little dissappointed at no share buy back but maybe they are saving that for the new CEO and Q1 or Q2 if losses are reduced in those Qs.

Also look forward to a divi. So sound company with good prospects for increased share price at a P/W of 6.4 (If i did the calculation correctly). Lol would have loved another 50M profit - but this is pretty much a numbers game and estimates are fairly accurate.

Yes Baron Investments is an excellent follow. A straight shooter - no pumping just some good basic data and highlights his buys in a balanced way.

There is no prize really except the pride you get from being more right than the rest. Surprised no one picked 610. Anyway, any positive days is a good day and I think this brings our P/E to about 6.4 - so plenty of upside there. Good news on peace - may it be the start of many more.

Well when I say no one buying its only on a P/E of 6 and its out performing most other airlines. This should be at 10 or higher in my view. Obviously people are buying - its my biggest and most profitable share - but I want better than a P/E of 6. Please Santa send me a P/E of 10 on IAG.

I am thinking they will announce a buyback as they will have a lot of cash around doing not too much. I am thinking they should have close to 1B net cash. that would be a double win for investors if they buyback about £200M.

As for target Xhita - I think you are not far off at 605 and it agrees with other analysts. Maybe an extra 20M for surprise so 625, I am wishful thinking at 640 I think. But there is always hope.

Well no wonder no one is buying this share! If you have to file a form 210! Thank you for whoever spotted this and highlighted it!
