Travel restrictions are not that serious compared to lockdown.. These should do little harm for a short period but will not stop people from travelling. Getting your covid tests abroad are 10 times cheaper than in UK so its not such a big deal. As the cases in UK are increasing, you need to act ASAP before it gets worse.. So no complaint from me...

Correction : Don't think Covid should have such an effect on Centrica.... It was up by over 2% last Friday most of the day on the news when all the other stocks was down which proves that it was purely a profit taking once it hit 69.70.

No news but you can expect profit taking especially when Centrica almost hit 70p on friday.

153p got to be a huge bargain... Load it as many as you can at this price and below...

How did you know about that 12 millions shares ? Its amazing that share price did fell to 65.5 this morning before it turned positive..

You need to understand that you wont generally make money from dividend as the share price will fall equally or even more than the dividend they paid.

At this fall rate from 119.70 to 114 is massive... So do not think this share is going anywhere above 115 as 2% hedge funders shorted around 136p and they may keep on increasing their short positions to push the share price back below 110p! Hedge funders will always be on a driver seat on Vodafone!

Looks like the customers they lost due to regulator in the past, are now going back to them. Ofgemhas chosen British gas to supply the bankrupt small energy supplier customers. They had 90000 plus customers in total.. Very good news for centrica!

If you ever held utility shares, you should have known by this time that before winter Gas prices generally goes up . Rising gas prices will increase Centrica profit not sure about how many customers they may lose. It is going to be same for every other utility company. Considering all this, Centrica is very cheap at current price.. Looking for quick rise to 60p in short term.

If they knew what price it could go then they would have been billionaire by this time... If you are expecting it to go down, selling all you shares and buy it again at lower price.. If you cannot think on your own, you should not trade stock.

Now 2 upgrades and a downgrade today in the last 3 days... with today's target price reduced to 57p from 60p!

For the past days, 2 brokers upgraded Centrica... one raised the price to 55p and other raised the price to 70p.... so mean price so far is 62.9! They are expecting Centrica to resume dividend on 2022.. Looking very solid for now!

I think we are into short headwinds at the moment. Not that bad result but missed broker expectations. I see that fall is overdone. It should only go up from here but not expectation very great rise but modest rise upto 52p! good luck!

having lost 114000 customers was massive. Luckily share price did not go down that much and I assume that is now priced in . As long as brokers do not downgrade next week, share price should recover.
