Looks 86p and above open tomorrow. European Market up, telecoms are up..telecom sector had bad 2022 year as they went down 41%.. time to load voda and bt ... looking good in the new year!

Vodafone appointed Goldman Sachs to do share buy back and they have downgraded vodafone! Goldman sachs can play their own part to let the share price fall as they wish.
Well done vodafone and Goldman!

Look for 79p by end of this week at this rate.
Any little rise make shorters jump in.. unfortunately very bad days ahead I reckon..

Every day after market close they release RNS about buying own shares! But what's the use if its not helping share price?
Looks like Goldman Sachs selling shares rather than buying back!

You cannot go wrong to buy either BT or Vodafone at the current price especially when the whole sector is near lowest price.. To me both of them are strong buy!

Look for 90 plus soon (Hopefully today!). Lot of pending potential good news for Vodafone . As the share price now reflected all the bad news, any good news will shoot up the share price rapidly.

yes,, dow scared 1100 points . Useless old ****** Powell keep making pre statement about aggressive rate hike. All these happens only in US! Capita held well so far above 21.. We may retest 20p again on monday as FTSE was again down by 0.7% after market close. IF we held above 21p from here which I doubt, then look for quick 25p!

When market is high, big hedge funders will bring reasons to short and when sell off is overdone they will make huge profit and then make new positive story to bring the market up again by buying again!
This is market tricks.. No logic behind this. You just need to follow them by buying when sell off is overdone and sell when the market is high! This cycle will continue on a bad market like this...
CPI will definitely open at 20p tomorrow.. But I hope not below 20p..

Dont get too much excited. This has to hit 25p for any sign of bullishness. It was at 20 - 21p range for a while. As I said, we may test 20p again when the market falls and it did fell after UK market close unfortunately!

FTSE at 6600, DJ 35300 but CPI at 21p... On even a very good day this don't go up. Today its up only 3.8% and too with small buys! 20p looks definitely cheap but not when market is too high already! I doubt this will be able to reach atleast 25p before the result. Good luck!

30p by next week in your dreams! Explain to me when market is up and is at its peak, why this share is down and keep going down! Look for 10p when market falls sooner or later! Looks like hedge funders are going to short it till they go bankrupt!

Bottom is always zero when company keeps on issuing profit warning, right issue, raise capital constantly which has been the case with Capita. Although they have 50% contract with government sector and 50% contract with private sector, they need to bring out solid results continuously for any significant movement in share price. FTSE at its highest and CPI at it lowest does not look good to me! When market will enter into correction, this will be at 10p unless a solid news comes out !

JG68 - People waste most of their time just thinking about future rather than current. I am sorry you are one of them! I am sure you must have been seen profit several times in a year of your trade but decided not to book it.. now you are down 28K which means you may need to wait very long before you see the profit again.. I hope you close your positions at least this time on profit! You must be feeling lucky that you did not hold this share when it was at £6...if you did then you would have no way to exit!

0.90% short positions is nothing! . Capita has lot more potential to reach at least 50p in the short term with many contracts renewal, winnings etc. 28p is a damn cheap price .. so buy or top it up if you can...

Happy days are over for long for now...... its time to short.. Negative news about BA probably will be kicked out from France & Spain, Fed tapering etc are now coming into factor to support the short... I am short at 178.6 and will continue to short at higher prices... Easy money for shorters when hedge funders are sitting there with their big shorts!

"It's Fed day today" Its always been Fed day when market falls. This very old man should not be on this job . He does not need to care about market but himself! As he said in the past he will stick to even faster tapering! I am sure he enjoys that.. LOL!

Although it does not make sense, the drop is due to Barclays cut the vodafone share price to overweight target 165p.. We are no way closer to that. LOL! Looks like the Hedge funders who are short on Vodafone gave Barclays lump sum to bring more negative news out... 110 to 114 will be the range for now I reckon.
