🚢 Progress at our Arnish Site 🚢

We are excited to share the completion of the first Cory barge at our Arnish site! 🛠️

Our contract with Cory, the largest waste collection and recycling service on the Thames, involves delivering a total of 33 barges. So far, 8 have been completed at Belfast and six at Methil.

This ongoing project highlights our commitment to supporting UK industries and contributing to environmental sustainability. This barge, named Erne after the Irish river, will play a crucial role in Cory's operations, transporting recyclable and non-recyclable waste and removing around 100,000 truck journeys from London's roads each year.

Albert Allan, General Manager of Harland & Wolff Arnish, said:

"This first Cory barge, Erne, completed here at Harland & Wolff Arnish was incident and injury-free, and the team have done an excellent job."

It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere! The Margaritaville at Sea Islander sets sail on its inaugural cruise today!

Mivan had the pleasure of collaborating with Terramare on the Islander, the newest flagship addition to the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville at Sea cruise line. Mivan successfully completed a number of venues aboard, and it was fantastic experience to fit out a ship again so close to home at the Harland & Wolff Shipyard in Belfast.

The management team showcased invaluable work ethics by accommodating our last-minute requests with effective solutions. We are immensely grateful for their dedication to our renovation project.
