Jim said in his blog a few weeks ago that he thought they might pump it post CPR release, but I'm not too sure.
Hobbs appears to have been brought in as a cleaner to let everyone down gently and wind the thing up gradually over the next few years so no one gets into trouble. The guys with the convertible have to be paid off (too dangerous not to pay them) and if the story can be kept going, existing investors will continue to average down providing the liquidity for the bond holders to sell into.
The bond converts at around $2.5 million a quarter, so the timeline has to be pushed out for a few years until it is fully paid. In the meantime there will be minimal but enough activity to keep the story going.
End price in this scenario will be a fraction of a penny.
