12p sounds about right. They'll want to do it at a higher price than last time, but still leave room to do the next one higher.

Massive profits for those who forward sold, but there was lots of sucker buying from 16p up. No wonder such posting discipline was being maintained on this board.

Don't think the discount will be that bad. Given the recent volume, it probably will already have been forward sold at much higher levels.

Big challenge you've got is that every three months around $3,000,000 of shares has to be issued to the convertible bond holders and they sell them. That keeps going for several more years. The company also will need substantial funds and despite all the talk of farm outs and reserve based lending, the only method will be via further placings. I think you'll soon see 5p.

Interesting post, Jamins. Logically, a list of companies that are bad should have equal value to a list of companies that are good, however, in marketing negative doesn't sell.

If you want to sell something, you need positive vibes all around it.

Interesting that it's Barnyards' posts which are getting the likes.

Barnyard actually appears to talk a lot of sense.

There are two viable approaches here -

1 Small profits and small losses

2. Large profits and large losses

In the latter, if you have the same number that double as half, you make good money.

Difficult to see your level of enthusiasm unless you were paid, particularly since you claim to have industry knowledge.

Anyway, I'll leave it for others to form their own view on that.

As I said, anyone looking for subscriptions would be taking a very different approach.

If I had a newsletter and was wanting subs, I would say nice things about the companies on whose boards I was posting.
