The placing price will have been decided by the insiders a few days ago and the level of that may have influenced the selling towards the end of last week.

We'll find out tomorrow. If there is an announcement it will be before the market opens.

Depends. If the placing is at 12p, a number many are talking about, there's certainly a good chance of the share price getting to 24p.
